There are 2 solutions: 1) the points are credited or 2) the 6 emblems are returned. This situation is ridiculous, there are so many users who spend money on this platform, it is unacceptable that Blizard doesn’t pay attention to all these bugs. I was going to spend some money to upgrade some gems from 4 to 5 stars, but since you can’t fix this bug, like so many others, I really don’t think I’ll spend anything anymore
