1288 cursed shards were not added when I returned to centre in tower. NO MORE MONEY FROM ME NOW

This happens often and it happened to our clan 2 weeks ago causing us to lose the Accursed tower by 13 shards.
The tower was prepped for over an hour. We were neck and neck with another very competitive clan all week trading leads. The lowest scores on both sides were in the high 3000’s. Most were well into the 4000 range.
Our last scheduled run before the Saturday 7:00 p.m. deadline gave us a massive 4400+ score and when the player went to turn it in, NOTHING! Had the score counted, we would have won the tower. Instead, we lost it by a mere 13 shards.
To say we were both frustrated and angry is an understatement. Our tiny little clan with, at most, 12 active players, lost to a Top 10 Shadow clan because of this glitch.
The previous week, we had bested the top Immortal clan on our server who thought we were pushovers. They got a big surprise. They lost a PvP tower in a David vs Goliath matchup.
Our tiny little clan, who will never win any other contest in Diablo Immortal lost to a Top 10 Shadow clan because of this recurring error. We understand completely and share your frustration.
Was the 1288 1) your personal best delivery and 2) in the top 10 for your clan delivery?
Your total only counts the personal best AND it must be on the top 10…
Also is this a long term clan? Did you just join it, by chance? Some Clan v Clan activities are not counted, I forget whether this is one
