Being immortal for 6 weeks now, didnt get a cloak for reigning 4 weeks, says “total time spent as Immortal : 0 weeks”

That dialog doesn’t update as your reign progresses, only when the reign ends. So, if you’re currently in week 6 of the reign, and the reign ends today, the display will update on Monday to “Total time spent as Immortal: 6 weeks” and you’ll get your 4 week cloak unlock. Basically, the cosmetic unlocks happen after the reign ends, not as it’s in progress.
