“Shop is unavailable due to pending transactions”

After purchasing a “Black Friday” bundle through Battle.net, the in-game market is “unavailable due to pending transactions”. Cannot buy or sell in the in game market, nor can I purchase crests with orbs. Please fix.

I’m having the exact same issue after buying that bundle. It’s been 10 hours, and I can’t purchase anything in game, nor can I use my existing plat in the market to make purchases. I hope they fix this asap. They are losing money, lol

I have had the exact problem. I contacted them this morning and was told to wait 24 hours. I hope they fix this too, I lost out on buying a bunch of gems I needed. Please update if any of you solve this problem or it is fixed

Same problem, On the pc and smartphon. So at this point I belive that dosn’t depend from our devices…

The sad thing is that I bought 6000 orbs to use in the market -.-

Some one said 24h to fix it… when did start? Yesterday around 8pm (United Kingdom) was ready down

Same here in izual server. Can’t buy the legendary crest using orbs.

same with me been over a day…,. cant do anything with the AH either which is the worst part really like to know what the AH has to do with pending payments that ive already recived and used and been billed for… i just got the generic reply from a ticket report…

i’m having the same issue i can’t sell or buy on the market it has been over 12hrs and everything has cleared with my bank with my purchase’s and i’m not logged into the online store and resetted the app and i play on pc and android and i’m having this issue on both

It hasn’t been fixed yet. I have the same problem after making a purchase in the Battle.net store.
We spend money and get not only bundles but also a problem.
Fix it pls

This issue happens when you make a purchase that’s not your norm. It usually involves a purchase amount much larger than your purchase history indicates. There’s a 24 hour hold time on these unless you have a history of repeated large purchases.

I encountered this first when I bought the max orbs package off Battle.net and didn’t get delivery for almost a day. There’s some sort of delay on verification.

I received my purchase but the transaction is still marked as pending
