I FINALLY just killed uber lilith for the first time, ever, and no resplendent spark. This is most upsetting - this took ME AWHILE to achieve!
BLIZZARD - HELP! What now?!
6/13/24 - 8:40PM EST - So, in an attempt to figure this out, I logged out of the game completely. I logged back in and it still wasn’t there. So, instead I logged out of my seasonal character, logged in w/ a previous seasonal character that’s now eternal, and was awarded 1 resplendent spark. Seriously?! Please tell me this is glitch!
If you’re telling me that the resplendent spark is awarded to the ETERNAL REALM character vs. my current SEASONAL 4 character, that is absolutely a fail Blizzard and shame on you guys. That’s really sticking it to us …I tried for over a week to get this …dying more times than I care to admit fighting the poorly designed cheese boss ya’ll call “Uber Lilith” (you really need to redesign this farce of a boss fight; if I wanted Dark Soul boss battles, I’d play Dark Soul ffs) …and after sooo many 1-shot deaths…this is my reward?!
THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST: Please place my RESPLENDENT SPARK I EARNED this on my current Rogue Season 4 character!
This is unacceptable. If you want players like me to keep playing D4 …and not PoE, Last Epoch…for the love of gaming, REWARD your players …don’t shaft them! C’mon!
I killed her yesterday in a group and also have no spark. Quite annoying as i have 3 and just needed 1 more
Edit: i also logged into an eternal character and ive got a spark sitting there. I killed lillith two seasons ago when ball lightning was the jam but thats the only time i ever killed her with any other character.
I have the same problem. I just killed Lilith’s echo and they didn’t give me the spark, I have killed her alone and in a group and they didn’t give me anything. The second and third time I killed her she didn’t even drop objects
If you have ever defeated Uber lilith in a previous season , then the spark will drop in the backpack of the character that actually defeated her for the first time. This reward is only available once per Blizzard account, regardless of season and how many characters you have. It only rewards you once.
According to the Season 4 Issue Tracker Blizzard has recognized this as an issue.
Resplendent Sparks on first Echo of Lilith kill
This is currently being investigated by the team. It doesn’t appear to be fully reproducible which is making it a bit more tough to replicate but the teams are still working on this.
Same here I heard she had the same bug but they “fixed it” so I decided to try and kill her and I didn’t get any sparks for my first time, very disappointing. (06/19)
how this bug is fixed if it’s still happening?
