I just killed her today and NO spark, I also killed 4 Tormented for the first time, and NO sparks on any of them.
Killed Uber Lilltih and Tormented Andariel - no spark for either.
Whats going on?
Perhaps a S5 fix?
I submitted a ticket yesterday. Here is the response from a D4 GM:
"I can see that you did not receive a Resplendent Spark.
After further investigation, I found out that we have received several reports of this issue and are investigating it. Currently, we do not have a workaround or resolution that can be provided."
Ever get that feeling Blizzard doesnāt care about important issues like this one for its player base? Yehā¦I get that feeling too. Blizzard, from a customer service standpoint, which I what I do for a living, yāall simply just have to better. This is unacceptable. Youāre missing the point if you donāt realize that this game = fun. There is nothing rewarding or satisfying about being ārobbedā of an item that was supposed to be a given.
Honestly, maybe fire your current Customer Service manager and hire me. You need help, Blizzard. This is NOT how you run your customer service team.
And while Season 4 is over and this might be considered a moot point, it isnāt. I see no solution in sight, and thatās a shame, because that suggests this will persist into SEASON 5. Meh.
Having same issues as are other āBLIZZARD SORT THIS OUTā you are short changing players left right and centre!!! Iām owed at least 4 sparks now and will never see them Iām sure!
Killed Tormented bosses twice each today and no sparks! Every boss Grig, Duriel, Andariel, Lord Z fwd up of wasting time and mats. Season 5 a joke so far for those chasing sparks!
I also killed my first uber boss of season 5, no sparkā¦ 
In Season 5, I didnāt get Resplendent Sparks from killing UberBosses. For example, Duriel, Andariel, Varshan, etc. at level 200.
I was able to get them when I killed Uber Lilith.
Iāve only gotten two so far, including the season quest.
My friends who killed with me were able to get them.
