doesn’t matter which is my setting in graphics, i found a lot of stuttering that didn’t happens before, i tried everything pretty much, and i tested other games, still fine. Only with diablo 4 and the new season. Someone has the same issue?
The way i fixed the issues i have is i made my pagefile 2 times (min) 4 times (max). If i left it on windows to do it or off, it errors and says i ran out of memory. D4 is a MEMORY HOG. Only game that does it.
Do not do that. You need to set the min and max to the same value to prevent the system from trying to dynamically adjust while its playing.

Use a value of 32768 for both min and max, not what’s suggested in that post. That was pre-VoH.
However.
You may also have an issue with the video driver. The newer ones have been glitchy bad.
Go to nVidia and download the 566.36 driver for your card.
Go to wagnardsoft and download the DDU tool. Be sure to READ HOW TO USE the tool properly.
It will remove the current driver completely including any messed up settings. Then you can install the driver you downloaded in the first step.

32768 is fine. With that much memory you could even use less, but that amount will be fine.
32Gig pagefile, are you kidding me? That seems waaay to large. I have 48GB of memory and mine is 4096MB and I have no stuttering at all.
Time for an upgrade buddy. If you get the 5090 for a very affordable price your stuttering problems will be a thing of the past

Was the dlss, that’s broken, when i deactivated, stuttering was gone instantly! I formatted my windows for make sure and I didn’t change the memory page thing this time.
You should upgrade your CPU and GPU. That would solve the problem for sure!

Even the 5090 have stuttering, isn’t us need a new machine, it’s the devs need to fix this broken game

Sometimes my game freezes for a second and after that, my video is completely screwed up, as if the frames are shown in the wrong order, 2 frames forward 1 frame back, all of the time. It looks nauseating. Only restarting the game fixes it. Not sure if this is a bug with NVidia or Blizzard, but it needs fixing,
