I already bought the deluxe version on BattleNet. I created a season character. I trained up to level 21. Even though I purchased the new season version, it looks like I haven’t purchased it yet. This is why I can’t use my new season character.
It gives a warning to buy the Deluxe version.
To use this character, you need to purchase the deluxe version but i bought yesterday.
Fix it please. I can’t play my season character.

Heaven’s forbid you guys release something that’s not broken… So glad we paid a premium price for a half*** expansion. But that’s ok… because you guys are laughing all the way to the bank.

My Diablo IV Ultimate Edition account downgraded to Standard Edition version by itself.
I pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition of Diablo IV.
This week I went to play it and it was the standard version.

Purchased VoH expansion Standard edition through BATTLE.net, played for 1 day and now transaction was declined and I lost access to DLC. It’s was my second purchase, first one was through Microsoft store - which I cannot use on PC platform. SECOND purchase through battle.net which give me access for 1 day and after BLIZZARD decline transaction.
Man, it’s unbelievable! You loss the accept on both of the platforms! OMG!!

Problem is THAT BLIZZARD just ignores me, and give me 0 replies, I don’t even know what to do already, I bought 2 version of standard edition on BOTH platforms, and I can’t play. Funny fact after purchasing through battle net, I COMPLETE new quests in NEW location, even create new Spiritborn class and play it, but NOW DLC is again not active for me, what is going on there???

And the most worst in all these situation that blizzard just ignore
Because for me will be enough just one message from blizzard : “yes,guys, we know about Yours problem and please give us some time to found solution” and after that for me enough to calm… but there just keep silence and ignore and these the reason why I’m afraid and received stress, that these problem will never take care and my money will be lost and my account will be destroyed

They know what’s going on. They’re ignoring us.
We’re not going to get a resolution to this, and we won’t get so much as an acknowledgement of the problem either.

I don’t know what to do((( I try to reinstall the version for ps5 and ps4, try to check the license and check the files for downloading, try to synchronize the files,but nothing is not working(((
Please can you just let me know that Blizzard is know about these problem! Because I try to sent the messages to blizzard support and to the found any solutions but nothing. Just let me know that solution is underway! Because I’m really afraid that I broke something on my account and all my progress will be lossed! For me it’s very very big stress! Every day I woke up and first thing that I do: I connect to the game and check maybe it will be unblocked! Sorry but it’s too much stress for me…

DLC has again been locked out on my system. I just finished the main campaign with a Spiritborn character and the game is now telling me that I do not own the DLC and cannot play the game.
Edit: what fixed it for me - I was trying to continue my game via remote streaming from my PS4 Pro to PS5. I went into the settings of the PS4 Pro and made it my primary PS4. When I tried again remote playing to the PS5 I was able to access my DLC character.
I remember that I have my ps 4 pro and try to check there
Install VoH there but still the spirit born is blocked there((

It has been 14 days since season 6 released but still I can’t play my Diablo® IV: Vessel of Hatred - Ultimate Edition. You announced that “VESSEL OF HATRED LAUNCHES THIS FALL” on 9 Jun 2024 and I pre-purchased it on 14 Jun 2024. I don’t want any celebration or kindness from you about buying higher DLC pack in early days of announcement because basically I wanted to thank you and show my gratitude to you for your efforts to do this game much better with this DLC. But now all I see, nobody is actually solving the problem of people like me. It has been 14 days.
I’m playing on XBox series X and can’t see my purchase of Diablo® IV: Vessel of Hatred - Ultimate Edition. First of all, I though that purchase could have problem so I wanted to be sure of it and installed the game on PC that I use in office. It worked!! I saw my purchase was succesful and created a spiritborne character. They all worked!! But when I go home and try to open game on my Xbox it tells me that I have to purchase Vessel of hatred package. I’m trying this every single day since 14 days on my Xbox. All I have is nothing.
I invited my 6 friends to play Diablo 4 in several months and we were playing/sharing game in fun. Actually, I was joking with them my early purchase of Diablo® IV: Vessel of Hatred - Ultimate Edition because it’s gifts. For ex: “hey guys, guys look at my wings that you don’t have” or “are you riding horse? oh, my bad, you still don’t have any tiger, sorry…” etc. All of them are playing each platforms PC, Xbox, PS5 and bought STANDART VERSION of vessel of hatred in LAST WEEK to launch. So what happened? They are playing vessel of hatred smoothly!!! I bought highest package and in earlier days but I can’t play it. I don’t want any apology from you. ALL I WANT TO DO IS PLAYING MY GAME SMOOTHLY.
PLEASE, SOLVE THIS SITUATION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BECAUSE THIS SITUATION IS MAKING ME TO FEEL VERY UNFAIR.

@PezRadar Why do I have to buy standart edition if I bought ultimate edition especially in first days of its announcement. Please be RATIONAL, REASONABLE and RESPONSIBLE. Your post doesn’t solve any problem and you couldn’t solve this problem in 14 days. These people doesn’t donate you their money to get some new troubles.
So, please delete this post and don’t make people to get more angry on Blizzard and keep on trying to do something really really helpful and share with us.
Waiting good news from guys, save Blizzard from this disgraceful situation.

For me will be enough just to receive from Blizzard just one message “hey, Andrew, we know about Yours problem (Spiritborn and Kurast is locked) , it takes for us 2 more weeks to fix it” and I will be fully relax! But no, every morning I wake up and first of all I go to the Diablo 4 , hopping that somebody take care about these problem…but no…every day just ignore… and every day I’m filling so sad about it…
Most things what I can’t understand: why after buying pre-order ultimate edition on my PS5 I receive all the bonuses, like: pets, wings ,armor and even the season pass which I’m already activate for these season, but why I Spiritborn is still locked!
All these situation make me so devastated((((

If it worked on your work pc then you bought the dlc for pc. Not console. You need to buy the standard edition, again, on your console.
It was confirmed by blizzard during the early hours of this thread. One copy for EACH platform you play on. Even xbox.
I got stung with the deluxe version console version. I don’t own a console. Only pc. So I had to buy it again for the pc.
Messaging was not clear enough from blizzard that this would happen and not clear enough at the point of purchase.
You won’t hear anything else from blizzard about this. If you want to play on xbox, you’ll have to buy again.
