Spiritborn Locked Isssue

I am very certain that I have purchased 《Diablo IV: Body of Hate ™》 The DLC is on the Steam platform, but it is locked in the game ,and I really cannot play the DLC content.I am sure that both my Steam platform and 《Diablo IV》 have been updated to the latest version, but I still cannot play the DLC in the game. I think the reason why I cannot play is that this DLC has not been added to the Steam platform account library, but I have already paid the required amount. If I cannot play, it is unfair.

I bought the game DLC in through the steam.But I can’t do anything.I can’t create new classes and i can’t go to new maps.The game store has no purchase option,but the steam shows no purchase the game DLC.I emailed customer Battle.net customer service,but no reply.

I wrote to steam technical support, and they activated it!!! finally after 4 days!
don’t even try to write to bnet, they ignore you

For God’s sake, It has been a whole week past since the new DLC and season started.
This community manager open this topic supposed to help us solve the problem and get what we paid for.
But unfortunately, nothing changed, no help gained, BUG not fixed. I even set up customer help ticket on the first day. And no one is replying after a irrelevant reply for more than 3days now.
So to me, this manager pretend to be care, pretend to solve the problem. But fact is, he and his team DID NOTHING AT ALL!!!

How can you do this to the consumer??????? Bloody unbelievable.

Yep. Everything but standard says “in library” because I bought the Ultimate Version. Only problem with that is I purchased the Ultimate of that, too, long before they put it on Game Pass.

You suck and so does your support. When trying to reach a person or even AI, you enter into this endless bulls#*t loop of things to try. Stop taking peoples money if you are going to provide the game and/or some decent customer service!

Please can you clarify for us: did the blizzard knows that some of the players a still can’t unlock the spirit born and new area??

I make the pre order of the deluxe edition on the 10th of the June (order number #EU774363462 ) for PS5 and received all bonuses as per order: pets,armors, wings…

But when the vessel of hatred commence and still now ,8 days after release, the spirit born and new zone is blocked for me and Diablo told me to bought the ultimate or deluxe edition!! The standard edition is locked

Please, help me, because I don’t know what to do!!!

In PC, it is working perfectly fine but when I am trying to play in PS5, unable to unlock Spiriitborn Character. This is very painful and waist of money if not work.
