I purchased the deluxe on Xbox console back in September. It says I own the standard edition in the store when I look, but it is telling me I don’t own it when I try to play. I have no download for the standard edition. What do I do because I’m not buying it again
Hi! My best friend bought the Vessel of Hatred 1. Standard and after a while deluxe version and Ultimate!
He is playing the Diablo 4 CD version, not a digital one. He bought the add-on for the game 3 times, and it’s not working at all.
No spirit born nothing .
Any suggestions?

I have the same setup. I have a diablo 4 CD for PS5 and bought the deluxe. And spiritborn is still locked today even with installing all the updates.

Wait. wtf? So I bought the ultimate edition and have no access to the new class or content so I have to pay another 50 for the standard edition to gain access?
Have you tried to find your order through the XBox store? I did that and found a link to the content that unlocked my Spiritborn, even though there was no link to it via the “Manage queue/updates” route.
In my case at least it just seems to be a very unorthodox delivery system…only visible through this odd route rather than the normal way.

Every morning first thing what I’m doing when woke up it’s checking: if it’s possible for me to play for spirit born and I in new area…But what I saw these morning?? New sets from Warcraft 3 but all DLC features is still blocked for me!! And no matter that I bought ultimate edition 2 months ago!!

Hey, this is the right solution from above comment for the pre purchase Microsoft Store\Xbox Store. Check the box in the Managed Game Options in the Diablo 4 on Xbox.

How is it possible to let this scam happening during few days ? We can understand some issues during 48h after the launch, but still not fixed for this week-end ??? Unbelievable.
I bought the highest package and rose up to lvl 176, but today it says buy a package and acts like I didn’t buy a package. When I go to the buy package section, the packages appear to be purchased and the Spiritborn character is disabled. I sent an Xbox ticket and they still haven’t found a solution. What a disgrace.
