True, that dissonance between platforms like Microsoft Store and Blizzards is weird, after contacting with a support of both, MS support says that you’ll be able to use VoH expansion after order it on both platforms, meanwhile Blizzard says that WE HAVE to BYU expansion for each platform separately! First time see such bizarre thing.

Yeah, i think this is the issue. When I preordered, I was under the impression I was getting a version I could use. After the launch, it turns out that’s not the case and there’s this really specific platform requirement.

I’ve never seen a launch this botched before either. It’s almost as if they moved the goal posts at the last minute or something.

I am still having the issue of the game telling me I do not own the expansion and kicking me out of the game completely? What do I do, I do not want to lose everything I’ve done with such an amazing game? This is really heartbreaking when I get on and start to play and a few minutes in I get kicked, wasting incense, elixirs and the new opals. What do I do? I have bought the base game and the expansion and a few cosmetic gears for my characters. I’m Lost. I’m am on XBOX series X

Newish Diablo player here. I got super lucky and had Frostburn gloves. Accidentally equiped another pair of gloves and it turns out you “BLOCKLISTED” the gloves so I can not re equip. You ruined my game experience. I dont pvp, so whats the point of limiting peoples PVE experience? Absolutely silly stuff from y’all and this single-handedly is the reason I will not buy the xpac or continue to play d4. Thanks for nothing

I bought the the deluxe edition in game on steam the august 22nd but cant do anything.
Its like i didnt buy it but i have the receipt on steam and everything and i bought the game on steam to and i never get problem with it

It has been few days since the new season started and the new DLC . Still can’t access to any new DLC contents.
Although we’re Steam users, but we bought the DLC from your company and paid to your company. IT’s almost 100USD for the Ultimate Edition.
And until now, no ones is really stand out to solve this BUG, created tickets for 3 days, LATE REPLY, even no REPLY.
Is this kind of Fraudulent Consumer Behavior??

So i bougt diablo 4 on xbox ages ago, then i had a ps5 and bought diablo 4/voh expansion. I dont have my ps5 anymore and been playing last months without any issues trough geforce now.
Ps5 account is linked to battlenet. In battlenet it showed the preorder (as 3 purchases) on june 10 or 11th. Today i notice the description is deleted also in battlenet. It shows ingame i have 4 items from the preorder when open the purchase menu, so it recognizes that i bought it.

Still cant select spiritborn char or get my ingame items, wgen i try to click standard or whatever game it says that this battlenet account cant make any purchases from the store either… yall telling me inwctually need to buy voh base game on battlenet now also? Cause that was not how it was advertised at all. And in tht case i guess i will have to refund with PlayStation who are a pain in the as when it comes to that. So i guess only option then is chargeback trough credit card…

Preordered the ultimate edition, tried reinstalleing game, tried to go to manage content and the voh dlc isn’t in there, says I can’t purchase in store because i already own it. Can’t play spiritborn or enter dlc area…

One more day past and one more update for Diablo IV, BUG still not fixed. Still can’t play.

You guys have the time to lunch the new character outfit, to gain more money. But you don’t have the time to fix the BUG!!!
You don’t have the time to protect ours interests!!!
We’re the consumer who also spent money for your games!!!

Support Ticket was not replied for two days. What the helll is going on here?
