这个游戏已经没有公平性可言,不能玩DLC的玩家还在等待能玩的已经满级!为何要为一个不公平的游戏而买单?我从游戏内购买的DLC用STEAM自动付的款,然而到现在已经50个小时了我还不能使用它!我现在不想玩了,再去玩也已经跟不上步伐,又没意义了!我要退款!!!!这群诈骗犯!!!!
I purchased Diablo IV: Vessel of Hatred - Standard Edition through Xbox site and not able to use it on my PC. As a matter of fact that I play in Diablo 4 with Game Pass through my PC, will I’ll be able to get mine Purchased VoH Standard Edition to my PC, or it only applies on console which I don’t use?
You’ll need to purchase the expansion for every platform you want to play on. So one for xbox and one for pc, even with gamepass. Your Microsoft account won’t do anything to help you here.
I learned this the hard way buying through the windows store on pc got me the console version. I don’t have a console. Also, they’ve said the cosmetics are account bound so should be available. This is NOT the case. I bought the deluxe version and, after purchasing the base expansion again through battle.net store, I still don’t have my battle pass or cosmetics.

I pre ordered the ultimate version at the earliest, but ironically, it’s been two days and I haven’t played it yet, and the tickets haven’t been resolved. You guys are really amazing

I already owned the base edition and pre-purchased VOH months ago. But for giggles, once I saw I couldn’t create a Spiritborn character, I still purchased the standard edition. I can STILL not access VOH game content such as exploring VOH areas on the map. Although, the Expansion pane shows I have all Standard, Deluxe, and Ultimate packs.
What gives? Why weren’t these details included or fleshed out when buying the game? I’ve been playing Diablo since I was 12, now 35. I never seen this crap before, this is silly…

The game was bought in steam, I bought the DLC in the game itself!!!
They gave me pets, a riding animal, in-game currency!
But I was not given access to a new class and a new location, it says that I need to buy DLC.
Did you get official reply by Blizzard? That people who order VoH expansion through Microsoft store WILL not get DLC to PC version and it’s only applies for Xbox consoles? Isn’t that simple to answer to people that DLC purchased THROUGH Microsoft Store will only APPLIES to Xbox consoles, instead we’ve got nothing.

The community manager has stated this near the top of this post. Every platform needs it’s own copy. Game pass doesn’t mean anything as it’s all pushed out through their own battle.net app.
This kind of information should have been extremely visible on every purchase attempt on every platform.
Its just so frustrating…

C’mon Blizzard please give us some sort of DLC PLATFORM TRANSFER, it’s not customer mistakes that there is no notification that you’ll be able to use VoH expansion only on CONSOLE after order it in Microsoft Store or w/e. #PezRadar
Any idea how you got then to help? I’ve gotten nothing but canned/automated replies and non-answers to questions I didn’t ask.
Why should I have to buy D4 when it’s offered on game pass that never said if your playing on game pass you will have to purchase the game and the expansion that’s crazy I want a refund on my money because I have no I intent now purchasing two different things I order to play that. I’m sure this has happened to others that use game pass also if your going to make us purchase it then you need to take it
Off game pass. Not keep it on it and let the option to buy the expansion still be there. On top of that didn’t an ultimate game pass come with the ultimate expansion so why would you need that if you not having to use game pass anymore? Kind of contradicting if you ask me.
I just got a response from a GM basically saying too bad, buy the game on XBOX. I have mapped out what I believe the problem is and how is it not possible to just switch the license from PC to XBOX? Even though I purchased the Ultimate Edition on BattleNet, I still received all the cosmetic rewards on my XBOX. Like you, I’m just over it and have lost all my desire to play the game after that last response from them.
I’ve got response from Microsoft Support: -ChoyPax24(Independent advisor) " You’ll be happy to know that the Vessel of Hatred (VoH) Standard Edition is available for both PC and Xbox consoles.
So, if you purchase the VoH expansion through the Microsoft Store, you should be able to access it on your PC as well ". BLIZZARD WHOOPS
The messaging from blizzard has been absolutely dogsh*t. What kind of response is that!?!?
I mean, I get if you’re playing on ps, it’s a different platform. Fine. We all know Sony codes different for their platform. And that’s fine. But Steam and pc, nah. They’re the same platform. And gamepass works just fine for every other game with play anywhere. This is just a mess and a total f-you to its players.
And we’re not talking chump change either. This will run in to the £100ks of people buying and not being able to play…
