it is wierd that u guys have problems with the accelerated bp to.

Same here. Purchased the accelerated Battle pass and it unlocked normal. Then After relogging, i noticed, that it was reset to Level 1.
Dude this thread was from Season 2, our battle pass items, werent given to us. It wasnât even about it reseting, it let us all finish the pass, it just didnât GIVE US the unlocks. I bought the first two Seasons, at this point I have uninstalled, say I got my moneyâs worth in the time I played and i wonât come back.

battle pass is the lowest form of scam, you pay them for something (something you dont own) and you stil need to work to get the rewards xDDD
trying to keep this relevant. I actually got the season 3 Battle Pass and received all the items as I claimed them this timeâŚbut I should still be given my âclaimedâ items missing from Season 2
Had enough residual plat to buy the bp, got everything up to tier 33. Still nothing from s2, missing over 1/3 of the bp cosmetics.
Still not hopeful for the rest of this season since during s2 I was able to claim tiers just fine and receive the rewards up to roughly 62-65ish. Really wish Blizzard would at minimum acknowledge this issue. Ffs I donât need it fixed now, Iâd just like to know its -being- fixed.
It wonât be. It was not acknowledged or fixed in S1 or S2, why would S3 be different?
So in an effort to be real, there is a support ticket where another player reported the issue in s1 and was acknowledged by a dev who stated they are aware of the issue but have no planned fix. I imagine this is akin to the issue where players didnât receive the mount drop from uber Lilith kills late s0 and early s1 which did get patched in s2.
Iâm sure theyâll eventually fix it. Who knows if any of us will care to play by then lol.

Surprised to see a thread on this dating back to at least October. When I contacted support about the missing items I was told this has not been reported and to post here. Sounds like there is absolutely no workaround in the pipeline.
I asked for a refund for the battlepass, considering over half of the rewards are missing, and was told since it was purchased with premium currency there is no option to refund, ha. Apparently they canât even refund the premium currency.
Kind of absurd you can make a purchase, not receive the purchase, and there is absolutely no option for assistance. Iâd do a chargeback if I wasnât worried theyâd ban my entire battle.net account, including my WoW account from 2005.

WOW, THIS ISSUE IS VERY OLD AND STILL NOT RESOLVED? all my awoken pieces are missing from my account in addition to other stuff like the emblems. What a joke!!!
