even worseā¦thereās a ānoteā in the patch notes for season 3 that specifically says unclaimed battle pass items will be lost at the end of the season. This makes me wonder if they just robbed all of us missing rewards. What a group of sh_tes

it gets worse - as I was finally able to submit a ticket where I noted Iād claimed all the tiers, then listed the items that were not available in my wardrobe.
Their response was to ensure I had claimed all the rewardsā¦

Iām redownloading it at the moment. Iām not hopeful, but weāll see if anything has been fixed. If not, I really donāt know what to do. Ticket submissions donāt seem to work and no one notices stuff posted here.
Honestly, with this happening. Why would I want to do this again with another battle pass coming Iām sure when the new season coming soon.

Further response from logging a ticketā¦is to submit a Bug Reportā¦which of course as we all know has not worked one bit.
No more paying for āPremium Battle Passā from me.
As with most of usā¦I think we all still find it mind-boggling this issue was not even noted, let alone attempted to fixā¦or given a timeline to āunlockā the āclaimedā rewards that didnāt drop so we could even re-claim them before tomorrow and see if that would work.

Activated my stored up accelerated premium battlepass. unlocked the 20 levels of stuff, after completing the first quest line in the vaults my battlepass reset to level 1ā¦

Replying too this thread as requested by op. I purchased premium battlepass season 2 and am still missing marrow Faulds it is currently season 3.
we need, all here, do send tickets to ask for a refund of the battlepass (at least the coins)
Bumping this as i am also a victim of this bug.
I have not played the game since day 1 because of this bug as i refuse to lose out on what i already paid for.
It has been 2 days since the launch of Season 3 and when i experienced this bug and i still have not seen anything about it from support and am still a victim of this.
This will teach me to activate the battlepass on the first day of a patchā¦ I am hoping this can be resolved ASAP as this is absolutely unacceptable. I paid for a product. in this case the ACCELERATED battlepass. I expect to get what i paid for!
