Premium Battle Pass Rewards missing

I paid for the Premium Battle Pass for Season 2 and after Tier 76 I have not received any of the cosmetic rewards…even though I have completed all 90 Tiers.

Is anyone else having this problem?

Yes, exact same problem here. Bought the premium battle pass, claimed all rewards, but have not actually received any of them. I opened a couple tickets and they led me back here. I even asked for a refund and they denied with the reason that I used platinum to buy the battle pass lol… So now I’m out $10 and a premium battle pass.

Hey, I’m having a similar issue; I was wondering if you’d comment on the issue you’re having on my post so we can get some visibility of our issues. I’m missing Tier 1-58 for premium items after buying the BP at level 58. It sounds like you have a similar problem.

I have a similar problem. I bought at Tier 58 and all items from 1-58 are claimable but unavailable in the wardrobe, mount, etc screens. Would you mind replying to my topic? If we can get a lot of replies maybe we can get this on Blizzard’s tracker. Thanks!

I have the same exact problem, cant see the bloody mount and the bloody helm.

Thanks for the shoutout. Unfortunately, I’m still experiencing all the errors outlined in my original post. Nothing has been fixed. I won’t be playing much of D4 until it’s fixed. I’m most definitely not spending any more money on D4, either. It’s ridiculous. I’d buy the mount and discounted platinum bundle if I wasn’t experiencing these issues.

Same here, no changes, no mentions, but i’m patient, Season doesn’t end until Jan, and late Jan at that, so I’m not to the lose my mind point yet.

I’d be patient if there weren’t people from Season 1 saying they still haven’t received all their Premium Battle Pass Rewards.
I didn’t have that issue with Season 1…but the fact some still haven’t gotten all the paid for rewards that they unlocked is simply not even remotely acceptable…especially since Blizzard hasn’t even acknowledged it as a potential issue.
