Surprised to see a thread on this dating back to at least October. When I contacted support about the missing items I was told this has not been reported and to post here. Sounds like there is absolutely no workaround in the pipeline.
I asked for a refund for the battlepass, considering over half of the rewards are missing, and was told since it was purchased with premium currency there is no option to refund, ha. Apparently they can’t even refund the premium currency.
Kind of absurd you can make a purchase, not receive the purchase, and there is absolutely no option for assistance. I’d do a chargeback if I wasn’t worried they’d ban my entire battle.net account, including my WoW account from 2005.
