Yall need to talk to your community better, I bought everything for it, have the class unlocked and everything, yet it says I need to purchase the vessel of hatred and I can’t have access to the new area till I do, what’s with this?

I am having the same problem. Not only is the addon not there but the Xbox store wants me to buy it again as if I never bought it even though the diablo 4 game says it is unlocked. I can’t download the addon because Xbox is acting as if I never bought it. I bought the deluxe edition already.

I’m having the same problem, the FIX someone posted does NOT work, there is no download to click, says add-on doesnt need to download. I think they knew servers were going to be overloaded, so they are keeping the console people locked out!
If I paid $50 for what I thought was the expansion, because it had the VoH graphics and was in the choices to Buy, then I was misled in the store!
I had a similar thing happen but it occurred during playing the Spiritborn class and lost my mercs and could not travel to Nahantu while in the game and exited to start screen and it went back to the default red. Closed game and logged back in and evrything was fine.

Purchased ultimate through Xbox series X and its saying I have to purchase.
Went into account and purchase history and go to the transaction… It states I already own… still cant play it. Beyond frustrating to spend $100 for an expansion to play at launch but cant.

yah i bought the deluxe edition back in june i have all the preorder items but its weird cuz it says i dont own it even though i do. i made a ticket to try and see if they can figure out whats going on cuz this is complete bs

On PS5. It continues to tell me randomly that I cannot access the VoH. I am lvl 46 Spiritborn… I bought the preorder in June and wasted money on an additional edition today just trying to get playing… It’s still preventing me from playing randomly. Blue post says an hour ago this was hotfixed yet it is still happening to me after closing then restarting. What now?

Im in ps5 too. I pre-ordered and can’t even select the Spiritborn as a new class. Is there still no solution for that? I payed 90 euros and just want to play it. Can’t even reach the new region with an non seasonal character.

yeah that didn’t work. keep working on additional fixes
thats not accurate. I have the ultimate edition and was able to create and play fine. My issue is with stability. I get “your trial has ended” or no warning at all and all of a sudden about once an hour i can’t access any of the new content even though i’m currently playing a spiritborn. I have to logout and back in to fix temporarily. Installed everything and “hotfix” before even starting the game
Had same issue deleted and reinstalled solved problem

On PS5 it shows I have D4+VOH bundle, purchased D4 ultimate edition on release but currently spiritborn class is locked and say I need to buy VOH.
Is there any update regarding this issue or just silence?

Click the game in that window and it will show you the add-ons. I just did this myself and installed the add-on. My internal storage only had a sliver of space left and I didn’t get an alert saying to clear up space. This is why the add-on didn’t install automatically. I am all fixed and ready to play!
