Thanks. I already got a refund for the Pc Version and bought the Xbox version again.
I already used the 3000 platin from the Pc Version so they withdrawed that. Im at around minus 2786 platin now.

I got instant access after buying the xbox version.

The battle net service is very fast but after a generic answer that says that you should take care of buying the correct version you have to explain that you dont use the Pc Version and kindly ask for a refund.

No @PezRadar, how about you/Blizz figure it out since it’s a PAID expansion…

Thank you for help. Can we please have a dev response to error code 300008. I played for 2 days on Xbox. Then now for last two days I can’t get in.

It’s not my internet. Done all the troubleshooting. I can play with another account on my Xbox.

From what I can see it’s a failed server side error, my profile didn’t successfully log out and is stuck which is typical of a vdi session.
A potential fix is for blizzard to force log out the account. Can you help or redirect for help please. Tickets give generic advice, suggest things I literally typed that I had done and no help.

I have series x ultimate edition and has been locked from day one.

You need to go to manage game. Manage it on internal storage if thats where you have it installed. Then then you will see under the gsme downloadable add-ons. Install and it will work right away. Hope that works

If you dont see the “10.1” update in the console update options of DIV you have purchased the Pc Version of the game.

You have to contact the battle net support and ask for a refund. Then buy VoH using the ingame shop.

This solution isn’t working. I’ve got the box checked, I unchecked and rechecked it. I uninstalled the game and reinstalled the game and companion file. It’s still telling me that I don’t have vessel of hatred, even tho I’ve got the game and the receipt to prove it. Xbox support suggested removing my profile and adding it back to refresh but that did t work either. Please tell me what to do next or let’s start talking a refund for the game/dlc and the extra platinum I bought.

Pre-purchased the original Diablo 4 premium version loooooooong before it was on Game Pass.

At some point, I noticed that I no longer had the game I purchased and the only link available was to the Game Pass version.

I pre-purchased the premium version of VOH not very long after it was offered.

Now I can’t play VOH because Xbox wants me to buy it again. However, if you look at my account, everything says “in library”. And everything I was supposed to get with the pre-purchase was in my bags. So something happened between my pre-purchasing the VOH and now.

I usually don’t complain because I know people are working their rear ends off to fix things like this. I’d rather find a solution that doesn’t cost me anymore money. Hopefully the information I provided will help you figure out why those of us who didn’t the most money can’t download the content!

I’m more than happy to be a guinea pig and talk to someone while trying things out on the Xbox.

This is beyond ridiculous I still have not had access to the dlc I paid for and it has been more than 10 days. I’m pretty sure it’s illegal to charge someone for something and not deliver it we should really start talking about suing blizzard over this. At least if they see enough people talking about it they might actually care enough to fix the problem.
