Cant Slay the Festering Shambler after killing all mobs in dungeon

Sadly, this was originally reported in another post in August 2023. It’s terrible they haven’t fixed it yet. Could it be that big of a bug?

Yup. Encountering the same issue here. Can’t complete dungeon as the Festering Shambler is not appearing. So, it’s just stuck on Slay the Festering Shambler. It’s the last dungeon that I need to complete to get my final renown. C’mon Blizz!!!

How has this been busted for over a year now???
I’m trying to go through and complete all dungeons and I’m having this issue as well, the last enemy will not spawn.
What’s gonna be frustrating is I’ll have to do all these dungeons again next Season to get the final paragon points and get the renown, since I probably will not be able to complete it this season due to this bug.
Still broken. If you’re short on renown for the zone, do some of the side quests. I’m at 500/600 for the last tier and I still have 2 other dungeons to finish.
Encountered this bug yesterday (ps5). It’s unacceptable that this bug hasn’t been fixed for over a year. That’s a level of not caring and petty that I have never seen before.
Definitely still bugged last day before exp 
I left came back in (soft reset) nothing dropped to tier 3 still nothing. I did notice that there were messages about enemy horde incoming, but they never did. Perhaps the boss isn’t spawning because not all the mobs were spawned?
