I have run Haunted Refuge twice now and it gets stuck on Slay the Festering Shambler. Nothing is populating for me to finish the dungeon.
Can confirm, this is happening for me as well. Barb on World Tier 2, lvl 34, PC, Season of Infernal Hordes. Boss never spawns. Not sure if this will be helpful, but it seemed like the last 10 or so mobs teleported into the room I was in towards the end and let me kill them. I didn’t have to hunt down the last 10 like I usually do.

Posting here for visibility. Ran into this issue last night on PS5.
Same here. Computer, season 5, WT2/LVL39.
No Festering Shambles boss to kill. No boss after reset. No aspect given. Lvl 48 barb. Restarted game. Reset dungeons. Same result. I’m not a happy camper!
Having the same problem, multiple tries and multiple resets and no Shambler.
Ran it twice, didn’t work.

Found out that video, from 11 months ago, mob pop as it should 
Running into the same issue myself. No matter what I do the boss will not spawn so I cannot complete the dungeon.
Yeah just come here to say I’m on ps5 and have tried everything from exiting the game to completely uninstalling and re installing the game and still doesn’t work kinda sucks

Same here, I just ran it and nothing happened.
same issue lovely, done everything including reinstalling game, and game repair.
I have the same problem the Boss to defeat does not appear and I can’t get the aspect. I reset the game, dungeons and nothing.
As of 5:13PM EST, Still not popuspawning
