Add me to the long list of people that had zero issues before 1.0.3 patch and now can’t play the game due to constant crashing since same error code as others report.

Tonight the game crashed every 30-45 minutes I was playing.
Playing a hardcore character has never felt so stressful…
No consistency between crashes, just randomly happens.

Also crashing constantly after recent patch. Always Fenris code. Have tried everything suggested in both this thread and another to no avail.
Same here! Fine until the latest patch, no crashing few minutes. Tried so many things to fix it, to no avail. Super frustrating!

Worked for me for around 11 hours after I capped fps to 120. Now it just randomly out of nowhere started to crash a bunch of times.
Same here. Yesterday i deleted the “Localprefs” text document and had no issues for about 2 hours. Today the crashing starts again.
No problems since release. After the patch crashing randomly with fenris all the time. Hope they hotfix that soon.

I have a similar situation. I played for hours before the patch, and now the game closes with a suggestion to send an error report after 5-60 minutes…

Xbox series x has no issues at all though… my gf played on that half the night and when i got home from work i helped her for an hour (local group play)… its just mainly our pcs having the issues

If you haven’t already, everyone here needs to be submitting a support ticket with Blizzard.
Flood them with this stuff until they have no choice but to investigate further.
We need to get more traction on this

now even submit tickets also facing issue… i only manage to submit after 2 days trying… till now still no blizzard guy reply the tickets…
This needs to be fixed… $70 game is unplayable weeks after it came out.
I suggest everyone to open a ticket and send Blizzard your diagnostic files they ask. MSInfo and DXDiag.
The crashes happen because of bad coding on memory management. In some systems this leads to a very fast crash and in others a crash after a while because of a memory leak.
If the game was working fine before and after the patch it doesn’t work, is not the users hard/soft fault. Open tickets, nothing you do on your end will actually fix the issue.

Or go to twitter to directly message and ask the devs or community manager if they are aware of this issue and looking into it. Absolutely atrocious that they think everyone uses twitter. They are more active on twitter than the official game forum.

12400F + Rtx 3070 + 32GB ram here playing on 1080p 72fps capped with adaptive half vsync. Playing on medium texture and other mix of low-high settings to play it optimally due to stuttering when traversing open world. Didn’t have any crashes before 1.0.3 patch. Now I’m one of this group unfortunately.
1st crash was immediately black screen and crash to desktop after teleport to NMD. Loaded the game up again and this time I see blue and orange artifacts around my barb when I do 3 shouts skill.
I restarted the game, and this time I see golden color artifact. 3rd time was the worse, the whole green turn green and purple, it was really weird I’m not sure how to describe it so I took a screenshot. But the strange thing is, when I pasted it in Microsoft paint, it just shows a black image, now this is really strange…
I got to play a bit longer without high res pack but still crashes after 1st crash 20 min becomes 5 min again… i give up gonna play on my xbox instead… idk how twitch streamers are playing without issues somehow?

All they need to do is WAKE UP! Acknowledge that the latest patch broke the game and roll the patch Backwards please SO WE CAN PLAY THE GAME WE HAVE PAID FOR PLEASE! - Roll back this nightmare of a patch that ruined the game
