Do you know what a Druid is?

The male faces are all pretty ugly unless you want to make a Rosan version of John Goodman. The body type is meh, but ok. Nothing to worry about here.

Speaking of Rosan though. The female druid is such a mess in every aspect. Nothing but shapeless blobs. And not saying that to fat shame. You can be very large, and still looks good. I made one that looked exactly like one of my managers and almost threw up.

It seems that they worked to make everyone look good, and then got to the druids and flat out gave up. They really should just make a paper bag transmog.
Why else do they show off every model except for the druid. Especially Karen. They are ashamed, but steering into the skid hoping that it will go away.
And it probably will as long as they keep them D-list, no one will want to play or group with them anyways.

The druid is big because Rogue, Necro and Sorc would make no sense at all and it can’t just be the barb.

You don’t know what they ate you dont how they lived.

The druid concept art looked SO GOOD! They were burly and strong, but still had muscle definition and a slight waist. Who decided to get rid of that model?

Please fix female druid.

See, and I get that. Most of these posts are about the druid being fat. I’ve never had an issue personally with the larger build.
They are all just horribly ugly. There is not a single good option for anything even if you take the body out of the equation.
You’re better off to just go randomized and keep a helm on 24/7. No point.

All of those animals are significant amounts of grain to fatten them up for market, but you are right!

DrUiDs ArE fAt!!!

lol ya’ll never seen world strongest man competitions.

They’re fat. Strongman is excuse to be fat.
Wouldn’t exist in pre industrial age.

And female Druid looks like HR office lady from the depth of hell itself. Even Lilith would be in fear.

The male model is fine. The female model looks like a beached whale.

(Again), will repeat this

The female Druid would’ve been acceptable, had it had good/fitting hairstyles

Right now as is, she’s sharing the same hairstyles with the male one, and what are those ?, well let’s see:

2 Bald/Super-short hairs
2-3 Pony-tail “manbuns”
2 “Regular” hairs that aren’t “adjusted” for a more obese person (think of Anduin, that’s the one)
1 Hair that looks to be fitting but it’s obviously a “stuffed” bun intended to be “paired” with a beard, otherwise looks like a “Kevin Sorbo” beard that doesn’t work for a female character
1 “Afro” hair that simply does not belong to the fantasy of such a class

So that’s 8 that don’t fit, the rest 3 didn’t quite look well either, give us a “standard grandma” hairstyles, a few/couple that might work for her and ppl might try

I’m really happy that I can play a female character that is bigger than the currently pregnant me  Joke aside, I love how she looks and moves. She doesn’t just look heavy, she feels that too. I also love the Druid armor and I can see it better on a large body. Though I agree that being this fat doesn’t make sense here. I mean, our characters live the life of a professional long distance runner and mercenary. Riding a horse also burns tons of energy.
I think it would be good if the body types could be altered within the scope of the class fantasy. So I could be the one unique fat Druid lady

Even in context of D&D this isn’t accurate.

Druids are keepers of Balance. They do eat meat, even kill innocent people for the sake of that balance. They are not tree huggers as recent stereotypes make them. They simply believe nature is the semblance of true balance.

Some species must die so others can thrive.

Druid society actually works off a hierarchy. Each druid is assigned a territory to oversee. Their body type would simply be a product of their territory. Desert dwelling Druids would be more thin while jungle Druids would have more mass.

Druids are priests as they have a religious order and leaders. They’re not Shamans. They do not brew potions or any of the like. Their powers come from nature gods which sums into a mixture of Mage + Cleric with a sprinkle of rogue.

I’d recommend AD&D aka 2nd edition for probably the best breakdown on Druids.

Imagine calling bears fat.

I dunno, at the same time when I think about if this was a real life and I met someone who could change into a Bear, I would kind of expect them to be a big hair man or a burly woman

Burley. Not god awful ugly.
Also: All werebears are druids. All druids are not werebears.

:raised_hand: :face_with_raised_eyebrow: Hol’up now. While I see you acknowledge Detroit style pizza (real pizza needs 2 crusts per slice :orange_square:), what about Detroit style chili? The beef heart is an essential ingredient. Nothing like our coneys. I also want a BIIIG shout out for Greektown. Gyros with loads of tzatziki, cheese sticks, and spanakopita. Plus…we got tons of Shawarma and kebab spots too round here.

Finally I wanna save a spot for The Turkey Grill on Woodward, and also for Wonkoos Food Factory :truck: foodtruck. The peach cobbler nachos are FIRE :fire:. :kissing_smiling_eyes: :ok_hand: And who knew you could put mac and cheese :cheese:, fried chicken :poultry_leg:, and yams :sweet_potato: in a burrito :burrito:and deep fry it again. You can put anything inna burrito. Way better than California Burritos.

Mimi Bobeck? Drew Carrey Show?

As long as we’re talking about beasts from HR, I would Love to play Pam Poovey. But our female druids are too fat for that.
