What is everyone rolling for Season 32?

It’s very rare if ever that someone starts out with the build they plan to push with. You start with an easy to gear speed build to get up to the T16 range and begin building up resources and collecting items so that you can eventually run a push build.

Starting with either a Necro or DH, and will be playing both.

I’m going what my main is, fire monk, ssf. I just got back to this after the d4 ab0rtion, I’m not into that game but coming back to this seems to hit the spot. I might go and look if there’s a better build than what I did in 2019 or whenever the last time I played. I’ve been soloing on my near-bis monk (all items what I want them to be just not all ancient) and it seems I forgot what having fun in a diablo game felt like. Cheers!

I’ve played the lazy WWrend barb for the last I can’t even count how many seasons, and kinda want to change it up.

I only do SSF these days and was hoping to find something else fun and easy that can mow down stuff without much thought while farming rainbow goblins, while still being able to do speedy 110-120s for the altar and gems. I was thinking Justice Monk, but then I’d still have to swap to reroll stuff for the Enchantress which is annoying. So then I was thinking Necro, but a few folks in this thread have said they’ll be trash next season with the Ethereals so I don’t even know at this point.

It’s been a lonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnng time since I’ve played Wiz or WD, or even Necro to be honest, and I don’t remember them being particularly fun compared to WW barb where I could just mindlessly zoom around the maps.

I don’t care about leaderboards and only play SSF anymore, anyone have any suggestions before I just end up picking a random one next Friday and seeing how it goes?

GoD demon hunter will be super (with ethereal buriza). It’ll be much like WW barb - spin to win.
I’d also be looking at wizard. I have enjoyed Tal Rasha meteor and Firebird in other seasons, but there may be other great wizard builds next season.

Any LoD meteor ( archon-reverse, star pact + generator, basic comet, etc. ) will be OP. Easy 150 solo under 1500 paragon. Then, in descending order: Tal, Firebird, Hydra, Delsere and as usual Vyr the weakest.

Well there really aren’t any 1 button, auto-pilot WD builds. Tal’s is pretty mindless, although I don’t know how well Ethereals will affect them. GoD is very mindless and Ethereals are good for that build.

I honestly haven’t played DH since before the GoD set came out, maybe I’ll give that a spin this time around!

DH GoD is a similar style to WW Barb if you are looking for something similar but also different. Also the Ethereals will be excellent for GoD as well.

Since I haven’t played DH in forever, I’m assuming I can just look up a GoD build on maxroll or icyveins to get an idea of which legendaries I should be keeping an eye out for as I level and gear up?

Yep, Maxroll has several variants for God, primarily you want the Ninth Cirri Satchel quiver that is the big damage buff, you will usually cube that and then wear a Dawn and Fortress Ballista (1H xbows). Hunter’s Wrath belt and depth digger pants, unless you use one of the 3 part sets like Captain Crimson or Guardian, CC is better most the time. If you have the Ballista you can use Squirts amulet safely and the Focus/Restraint ring set. When using a 3 part set you will put the wrath belt and RoRG in cube and wear the belt and one of the other parts depending on the set you choose. For bracer use Wraps of Clarity.

That is the standard setup of course. With Ethereals tho yer gonna want the Buriza (2H Crossbow) Ethereal and wear the Cirri quiver. You need to get either Dawn or Ballista power on the Ethereal and then cube the other.

Thanks for that edit at the end, I was just looking at some quick builds and was like whaaaaaaat do I do with the Ethereals. Thanks for the heads up! I’ll get a mini cheat sheet written down to know what to destroy and not before next week. You’re a lifesaver!

Just for your information, back in Season 24, I took GoD to GR 140 with MoC over CoE. CoE would have taken me to around GR 143.

That’s before the Altar. You’ll be seeing GR 150 done this season with GoD, I guarantee it.

Any thoughts on what people reckon will be the most OP build next season?

On paper, most likely LoD Meteor on Wiz, but many builds will do “just” fine.

Rolled ma meteor wiz in S28, and haven’t played since then. Hoping for a different “easy” 150 build around 1500 paragons if that’s possible

Are we gonna have a tier list ready at some point this week?

Filthy Casual has a new video out. Haven’t seen it yet.

Maxroll has some updates. Probably more will follow:

Edit: Maxroll’s tier lists are updated too:

And there are build guides too for s32. Not all may be updated yet. Funny how they note that some build are vulnerable to crowd control. With the Altar CC is not an issue (apart from wormhole).

In Season 24, that class was the Monk, I believe. But they nerfed Inna’s after that season. Anyway, I don’t think there will be anything like your wizard from S28 this season in that you’ll need a bit more paragon but only around 2500 to 3000 to do GR 150. Like I said, in an above post I took GoD to GR 140 with about 2700 paragon but I earned a lot of paragon trying to do it with Frostburn instead of MoC and failing a lot.

So around 2500 paragon will make GR 150 this season feasible, I believe, but I could be wrong.
