This happened right after killing Malthael and got killed by him at same time. It did not count in completing the season quest so I thought the reason could be because I got killed too. I went to kill him again properly but it did not trigger the completion. When I clicked the season(leaf) icon nothing is happening. Its not showing anything. I went on to check on the achievement but nothing is shown. It shows only blank and missing text or data on top. Now its permanent like this even after re log-in or restart the game
Resolved now after doing the solution: Delete battlenet and blizzard entertainment folders inside program data, appdata and localappdata then restart. Thank you very much
