Ok, I just managed with Zunimassa’s Haunt on Barbarian. Instantaneous of course, no delays whatsoever. So Inna’s Mantra IS bugged Blizzard.
Could I suggest an addition to the list, detailing that the seasonal guaranteed primal from first successful completion of a solo GR70+ can be for a class other than the one you’re playing, because it’s subject to Smart Loot, just like every other drop?

Finally, we want to make sure everyone is clear when they can start collecting Primal Legendaries; upon completing your first Greater Rift 70 or higher Solo, you’ll receive an achievement indicating your accomplishment and the Greater Rift boss will be guaranteed to drop a Primal Legendary. This drop is subject to all other loot rules—meaning while there’s a large chance it will be suited for your class, randomness does play a factor.
i.e. you’re guaranteed to get a primal, not that it’ll be for your class.

Good idea. We’re still seeing Bug Reports claiming: “I got my first guaranteed Primal drop, but it wasn’t for my Character.”
This should be updated or even removed. As of Patch 2.6.8 it is confirmed:
Patch 2.6.8 PTR Begins 2/6
- Crafting plans from Bounty Caches are now guaranteed to drop unless all plans have been learned
I have seen no reports, since Patch 2.6.8 went live, that players were not getting these Plans.
One thing that keeps coming up, which I don’t think has made its way here yet…
Players reporting gem plans not dropping from bounties/goblins. Usually already learned, but hidden due to Shen’s UI filter.
For example…

There are no set dungeons for the newest set armours, i.e.

This means that in a season where the Haedrig’s Gifts grant these sets, in order to complete the Season Journey tasks for completing and mastering a Set Dungeon, you are required to farm one of the other class sets and complete the dungeon associated with those sets.
It is not a bug that the new sets do not have dungeons associated with them. When the first of these new sets were released it was queried whether new set dungeons would be created for them. Blizzard confirmed that not only were there no new dungeons, they had no intention to create them.
So, use your new set to farm one of the old sets, and do a dungeon with that set.

“This class set doesn’t have a set dungeon.”

Looking at your profile, you have a lv13 hero. Level 13 is the end of Starter Edition (trial version). You have to purchase the game to continue.
If you have already purchased the game, you need to redeem the game key (authentication key) to activate the license.
In case you bought the game from Blizzard eShop, you need to wait for the payment reaching Blizzard; probably need few days.

Okay so I was working on my Season 22 objectives for my account on the Nintendo Switch. The last thing I needed was my third conquest. I complete “Boss Mode” and when I go to get the season rewards I notice that it says I have to complete the previous step to unlock the “Guardian” step. No big deal. Unfortunately, looking at the previous step “Conqueror” I see that all the objectives are complete and yet there’s no stamp of completion. I check the rest of my steps and they all have all of their objectives complete.
What’s the fix on console for this issue?

Okay, with Patch 2.7.0 containing the follower rework / emanating powers, can we have this added to the list of things that are not bugs…
Broken Crown
The emanated power is given to your hero, not to your follower. This means the colour of the extra gems is based on which gem is in your hero’s helm, not your follower’s helm.

Perhaps this recent bug report regarding Morlu Legionnaires that I opened. A couple people replied saying it’s not a bug. Fooled me.
It could be generalized if there are other monsters that behave the same way.

I am in the midst of season 26, destroyer campaign. I have completed two required achievements to kill Izual and Maltheal as level 70 on torment VIII. I have done this at least three times each over the least two days. On torment VIII and IX as a test.
The achievements will not complete. Any advice or anything I can do? I can’t move forward until those complete.

Of course not… you’re not doing it at the right difficulty level.
An X in Roman numbers is worth 10… not 5 (that’s “V”). So XIII is 13, not 8.

you know the gamw would be more enjoyable if you would take out the enemies ground effects ive heard tones of people complaining about them being annoying and i agree whole heartedly
