Adam is pretty accurate in his info. What happened on PTR was miscommunication. For sure altar removed in NS PTR is due to encouraging testing on s30 contents to gather data. Who would want to craft on PTR s30 if NS altar is available will full inventory?
Denial looks similar to the treatment of Faithful Memory, in other words, you attack and gain stacks and you can maintain them even if you whiff at air. Currently, we lose all 5 stacks if we hit nothing — maybe now we’ll get to keep our stacks, which will make the build feel a lot better when low on trash.
So, it’s a decrease because it’s 20,000% now. If it’s going to be 15,000%. So, actual understandable language would be “Because Crusaders have been overwhelmingly taking over the leader boards we’ve decreased the set’s buff from by 5,000% (from 20,000% to 15,000%).”

Untrue! If you’re a monk player, you just lost your strongest + most fun build, and are now forced to play either Raiment or Uliana, two broken and hand-crippling builds with problematic mechanics that received number buffs instead of real fixes. That is very new!!!
Well, all the fan favorites are written down. I’m kind of bitter about Chiltara change, because now I feel like a fool for ever grinding for that dumb trinket this hard along the decade. But whatever, you can’t whine for too long.
It’s nice to see a buff to Uliana and Roland after all this time to be honest. It’ll be a good Season I think.
“Whisper of Atonements can now be salvaged for 1–3 Forgotten Souls.” => Did they mean “100-300 Forgotten Souls” ? Otherwise, what’s the point of doing EN if you have enough Whispers of Atonements for augmenting your stuff?
