Encountered a bug when filling up the bar were the guardian spawned, but I could not target it. The other monsters also did not despawn. I had to force close the rift when time ran out. I have a screenshot but apparently can’t post it.

Sounds like you might have got Vesalius as an RG
Rift guardian Vesalius dosn’t have a map icon, while other rift guardians does. The icon doesn’t show full nor minimap.
How to reproduce: Complete nephalem or greater rift. If Vesalius will appear that effect will occur

Has there been any recent discussion into fixing this?
This boss, man, he spawns in a lot of times, and then obviously his map icon is still glitched for some reason so you have no idea where he is. After that, sometimes he just won’t teleport at all. Its happened twice today where he spawned in a corridor map but all the way on a spot that doesn’t connect so I had to run around for a few minutes just to get to him. Man just get the bosses to activate upon their spawn and instantly teleport to a certain distance in the general area where the charact…

No I had Perdition, and the problem is when he spawned I couldn’t interact with him.

That’s an odd one for sure… I was half expecting the RG to be near a wall of some sort, but there’s all kind of room here for it to move around.
