Watched friend’s stream finishing a solo game today, no record on ladder, no record in profile. He’s so mad right now. Looks like similar thing happened before
That was 3 years ago… and it was fixed back then. But yes, that type of issue does crop up once in a while.
What region was that on ? and when did that run take place ?

It was yesterday, just a little while before my post. I was watching his stream on discord.
His clear should’ve given him rank 1 solo in Americas. Dude tried really hard fishing that perfect GR for a couple of weeks and finally got it. Then this just happened.
I checked again today, and there was still no record of his latest clear. What I could think of possibly related issue is that the day before yesterday community chat functionalities were all broken too.

I think that it would be useful if your friend could add a comment on that topic, and include screenshots from his streaming.
The issue does not affect everyone… for example, when I ran a 110 this afternoon and beat it, it correctly displayed the notification and showed the new record time for me.
Normally this ain’t gonna be an issue. He did GR150 clears fairly easily with other classes. But for this particular class it was extremely difficult and that’s why he got so mad.

He didn’t record any stream and never did. It was always just a few of guys watching and chatting and watch when there comes up a good map.
