I finished a lvl 120 GRift in time but in chat did not write new record and my profile is not updated, still showing my old record of 119. This happened twice in a row with lvl 120. I have screenshots available from 2nd run as I did not notice in time in my 1st attempt .

bei uns ist das selbe problem… 4spieler rekord nicht gewertet… langsam kotzt es mich an ständig server probleme und laggs ohne ende … dann kriegt man mal was spielbares und dann wird der rekord nicht gewertet…wtf blizzard bald habt ihr noch die letzten verbliebenen in dem game vertrieben…gg
Hi, I believe I have the same problem. The seasonal leaderboard is not updating. Just finished a GR 120 on PoJ monk named Leona (1743 paragon) with a time of 9 minutes 1 second (5 min 59 sec remaining). I think I have the screenshots (need to check).
Edit : Your personal record is not updated either (it could be shown to you even if the leaderboard lags). However the blood shard count is properly increased.
Same happened with Grift lvl 121. Have also available screenshots.
I have the same problem: DH, rift 110.

Exactly the same thing just happened to me ,my personal best was 126 for barb ,and i just cleared a gr 127 in 13 mins 10 secs and it hasn’t registered, I also have screenshot of clear

its same happend to me today too did a 122 GR and my old was 121, why is it a bug coming

Cleared 139 , 2 man. no record (leaderboard) and no profile update.

Cleared 134 with seasonal wd, not registered. Tried same with my seasonal monk and barb, nothing. GR is finished under 15 mins, I get Urshi upgrade as usual, but the clear is not registered to leaderboard and I dont get the leaderboard achievement banner at the end. Got images of the process if needed.
Whatever it is, it appears to be restricted to the live servers.
Just done a new record on PTR and it announced / recorded fine.

Same problem here. Cleared 113 in time with my seasonal barb, not registered.
I can now open a 114er grift, but the profile update is missing.
same problem. i had record with my Barb 98. did 99 then 100 and nothing. Just found nice weapon and want to push it to get on LB. Then i will have just Crus to do.
Edit: +retrieving hero list is taking longer then usual.
Same did 130 with monk should be at rank 46 but not showing

Same happened to me earlier tonight, In game shop isn’t working either.
