Why do you get 1/8th. With FFA and variables at hand a full game i might get 1/20th the drops.
So again why is your game easier than mine when I’m competing in a competitive game.
Obviously FFA is harder. Why else have you cried for 6 months ?

Actually we have demonstrated numerous times that it does not mess with the game.
So we did our part of the burder. As you said, it is the anti-plooters turn to come up with real arguments for a change.

Yeah i loved the old loot system it was fun battling people for items! there is just one big problem. That was forever ago when bot programs were not a huge thing that everyone had access too or even used a lot. My guess is for the first couple of months people will quit fast because most of the RNG parties will have problems with botting snagging up items fast then real players could. Secondly the whole problem with how will they manage the whole personal drop chance well everyone in the group getting one drop wouldn’t the worst it would force people to trade more in parties or maybe not. Worse case is they could have a OG Game type or “normal mode” and then just make a separate Game type were people who want Personal loot in the game can play. It makes it so it drops like personal loot in D3. This way you still keep players and you wont have to worry about the game tanking because new players don’t want to play with out personal loot. People wont have to even complain about it because like hardcore you can only play with people in that new game type. So it doesn’t break the market place for the people that want to keep it how it originally was.
When you state that someone’s intentions is something else when none of their posts even gave a slight inclination to come up with your idea, then yes you are trolling.

What are you talking about? Please highlight where you talked about how it would affect people that don’t use ploot mode.
Just repeating that it’s in there somewhere is not an argument. I’ve read it twice and there’s nothing in there that goes beyond explaining how you just don’t like the system and don’t feel the way loot would be handled is ideal to you. Or the way you feel people could use the mode is not interesting or does not jive with your play style.
None of these things suggest why it should not be implemented as an option for others who do like it.
When have they ever claimed they want personal loot for a free handout? You can’t quote any of their posts because you can’t find them, it’s not true, it’s a fallacy that you made up in your head to try to stop their arguments because you don’t have one.
With personal loot, you may get less than 1/20 due to binomial variance.
In your example, if you only get 1/20 of good drops and there are 7 players in game and they are all equally skilled, than they would on average get 13.6% of good FFA drops.
13.6%>12.5%
Therefore, FFA loot makes the game easier for 87.5% of the playerbase and harder for 12.5% of the playerbase in your example.

I mean would people be happy for ploot non ladder? You can’t have competitive seasons and hand out loot
And why would that not be the case in ploot?
Remember: many of us are advocating for timed ploot. So you only have a short timewindow (configurable by host on gamestart) to get the item you get the first-pick on.
In other words, if the barb doesnt keep up, he gets no ploot and it is basically ffa all over again for him.
You as a host can decide. Do you play with 2 seconds for a balanced game? Do you not want these barbs in the game, switch to 0.5 seconds.
Want a slow and relaxed playthrough with friends? maybe 4 seconds.
And you have to be in exp-range ofc. (or something similar)

Why would these 1-2 players keep playing with the barbs?
What do you do when you have a leecher in your public baal run?
Do you invite him over and over again? Or maybe play without him the next game?

MicroRNA has actually been the one of the most fair people on these forums when it comes to judging others. They actually called me out for not doing better lol. You made a disingenuous statement to one of the biggest advocates for personal loot to judge them based on no concrete evidence to back up your claims due to you just being a troll.
I wouldn’t mind a 2 second timer. That’s plenty of time I think, and defeats Pickit. It fills all the criterium for what motivates me to support the system. However I think others may be able to argue sufficiently how more time is fine as well.
Didnt you say FFA encourages solo MF?
How come ploot is more solationist than that?

I oddly have to agree for NL. Ploot I don’t like. Allocated with 2 seconds should be sufficient for picket and ping issues.
I still think ladder should be ffa

Yea, if the only thing you have taken away from all these personal loot posts by others over the last few months and from other streamers like Rhykker and your only argument against a personal loot option is that they want free handouts, then you are no longer worth my time replying to, and will be added to the ignore list for trolls. 
Yes the “splitting community” argument is the funniest argument from the anti-plooters. The situation literally right now is magic finding in private games completely separated from the community. What an optional ploot system does is brings us out of our private games, and into public games, better incorporating the community together.
Can I maybe change my vote to 2 sec allocated. I think I could be ok with that.
