“Bring back the glory of season 5, just don’t make it “Bazooka” strong.”

Hydra

Winter Flurry: Enemies killed by Cold damage have a 25% chance to release a Frost Nova. Your Hydra deals 125-150% increased damage to enemies. i̶n̶ ̶a̶ ̶b̶l̶i̶z̶z̶a̶r̶d̶

“If we add this special effect, it becomes a much easier and fun gameplay.”

2P: Casting Slow Time on top of you and following you around. Stays active permanently.
The range of the Slow Time can be increased by gold pickup radius.

“For a very long time Roland is a Sweep Attack set, so it’s time to bring back the Shield Bashers! Increasing the attack speed and making it exceed the attack speed cap is a feature that doesn’t exist yet in Diablo 3, but I’d love to see it making its first appearance.”

Manajuma’s Way (Chicken)

Manajuma’s Way: Angry Chicken explosion damage increased from 400% to 2̶0̶0̶0̶%̶ 3200%.

“Even with the 2000% buff it sometimes fails to kill stuff at T16, and since it’s for speeding only, a second buff is needed.”

Zombie Charger

Scrimshaw: Reduces the Mana cost of Zombie Charger by 75% and increases its damage by 6̶-̶7̶ ̶t̶i̶m̶e̶s̶.
650-800%.

W̶i̶l̶k̶e̶n̶’̶s̶ ̶R̶e̶a̶c̶h̶:̶ ̶G̶r̶a̶s̶p̶ ̶o̶f̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶D̶e̶a̶d̶ ̶n̶o̶ ̶l̶o̶n̶g̶e̶r̶ ̶h̶a̶s̶ ̶a̶ ̶c̶o̶o̶l̶d̶o̶w̶n̶.̶

Blade of the Tribe: War Cry and Threatening Shout cause an Avalanche and Earthquake. Avalance and Earthquake both deal 1̶5̶0̶-̶2̶0̶0̶%̶ ̶ 325-400% increased damage.

“It’s been a long time since we saw Leapquake being viable, this major buff should help bring them back online.”

Adding to Shenlong set:
Any Spiritpoint you have gains you 0.2% damage reduction
“Generatorbuilds are way too squishy and that would not affect any other builds”

I agree that the generator build is extremely fragile, but the Shenlong will also be used in S22 (Tempest Rush build) due to the fourth cube slot. So we might want to add a toughness boost to the Raiment of a thousand storms set. Example: Dashing Strike spends 75 Spirit but refunds a Charge when it does and increases your toughness by 50% for 20 seconds.

80% 50 is too low, maybe 60 is ok
and season is not to balance out, it was ns.

I keep seeing people saying this, but to be fair it only requires you cast Blizzard to buff Hydra. Frost Nova is a a secondary outcome.

Do this

Get this

and this

It should have been worded better but compared to how bad the last PTR patch notes were, this is a major improvement.

650-800% 2500% FIFY again.

I know you wanted to add the second item you changed…

I’d rather they not mess up Wilken’s Reach because Grasp the Dead can potentially be really good if they keep what’s on the item and then add a bigger damage modifier to the item. The existing one is too small and not part of the orange mod.
for reference

I’d add 500% for starters

Delsere’s Magnum Opus 2P: following you would make this a melee range debuff.
6P means enemies take extra damage from certain spells, if recently affected by slow time. Assuming the eligible spells are aren’t changed, some of them are presently ranged. Wouldn’t this lead to hitting enemies outside the bubble, and therefore not getting the extra 12500% ? Arcane orb, energy twister, magic missile & shock pulse being the ranged ones.
Maybe give damage boost if wizard is in bubble. Or 2 bubbles per cast, 1 at curser & 1 at your own location.

+1 - I’ve spend some time on the PTR testing the new gear. At this point, I’ll be running DH Gears again next season. Also, I put together a Bombardment build and it’s way, way OP. I enjoyed it a lot, but it does need a nerf hammer

Edit: I didn’t test out DMO, not a fan. Just say no to DMO.

Etched Sigil : While channeling Arcane Torrent, Disintegrate, or Ray of Frost, the damage of your Energy Twister is increased by 200-250%, and you also cast Energy Twister every second.

Way to ruin an amazing item devs! Energy twister is a garbage skill. What say you leave this item as it is instead of forcing a tottaly junk spell on us? Not that yall will even look at this post much less actually read it.

Well nerf yes, how big of a hammer though? Problem with their nerf hammer is that it’s usually a sledgehammer and makes the build go from OP to :poop:.

They already nerfed the ivory tower which really wasn’t needed.

I like the changes you suggested. I have one more:
Greater rift cap is increased from 150 to 200.

2 Piece Bonus: Each time you cast blessed hammer you now cast double the amount. Or : The size of your blessed hammers is increased

6 P Increase the damage of Blessed Hammer by 25 000 % and you take 65 % less dmg while a Hammer is active

Much better patch notes. 2.6.10 is a disgrace.

Not even close to enough. MOTE needs to be around 50k, and Tribes needs about 800%. We discuss this at length here.

Again this stupid nerf mentality

Geez, I like most of your suggestions, pretty much almost every, but this is just pure stupidity…

Why? Because it’s better than other classes build by 5-15 GRs…

Guess what in next season other class gonna get a strong build probably 10-15 GRs ahead of others, just because Dev(s) can’t BUFF classes equally or at least to be in max 5-10 GR range of each other…

Just BUFF other underperforming builds and before you say anything I tried this build and just like the old Archon Vyr with chantodo I’m not a fan of it, but that doesn’t change the fact it doesn’t need to be nerfed, just because some players cleared 132-137 GR with it… :man_facepalming:

STOP ruining strong builds because you don’t like them, for Christ sake… :man_facepalming:

If you like to have a strong Hammerdin build than ask for buffs like you did, no nerfs are needed, to any class

What a pile of crap! I don’t know where you took your numbers from, to suggest changes in min-max values, since you’re not a Blizz dev, or are you? 99% of your suggestions don’t deal with the real issues that need to be addressed in the game.

You got me here, you really did.

S5 was THE best season ( for me ), thanks to Energy Twister.

I wonder if it will be viable again in this season, as I didn’t paid much attention to the patch or try the PTR.

same thing usually happens in other games, i know for a fact ffxiv plays this its too strong game, nerf it. instead of, hey lets bring all the classes up to speed. seems like that way everyone can enjoy what they like. instead of hey its as strong as mine. hit it with the bat

My wizard got lucky and pulled an Etched Sigil around level 32. Having those Energy Twisters swarming on the battle field really helped in the early game but without a significant overhaul it’s a gimmick in the end game. Switch to LoN once I hit 70 and never notice anything dying from the twisters, they just hang around making it hard to see, kind of like the S21 season buff without the loud noise. As before, my hydras and black holes do all the killing. I just have to cast them manually now instead of getting them for free from the sigil.

200? Code doesn’t allow for it unless the numbers get squished or they use a different number library that goes past the 64-bit max int. If they do, then GR can go up to at least 1000. As it is, 150 is the absolute max the game can handle due to that pesky 64-bit max integer.
