Still getting 395000 I even checked my blizzard account I own the game and the license is active

Same here, fresh install logging in from the battle.net app " Active
Account Status" and the game is unplayable.
Error 395000 when accessing Americas. If I switch regions it works.
Also, on the website, if I look at my profile a bunch of my characters are missing. I’m thinking this is not a client issue. Browsing the logs, maybe it’s trying to show my last played hero, but since my last played hero isn’t showing up on my profile, the game is crapping out?
Check the website and see if all your characters are there, I’m betting some are missing.

Shredo is right I checked and in fact missing characters I had one of each class max in both sc and hc but all my hc characters are missing.

I was able to solve this by launching the 32-bit client instead of the 64-bit client. Nothing is missing on my account either.
32bit client didn’t fix it same error, still missing characters in my profile, the error always comes up when trying to retrieve characters so it’s obviously related to that, at this point I honestly do not even care if I get my characters back I just want to be able to play the damn game I paid for this is ridiculous.
I had the same “There was a problem loading the game license. Please try again. Code 395000” error too.

As of 2319 hours on 6/29/2020, I am able to login to US Servers with no issues.
I am having this same issue. I normally play on the US servers and get his with this error code when attempting to login. I reinstalled the game after many years today. When I switch to the Europe servers, it works without any issues. Please help.

im having same isue new PC but old acount im not good with computers how do i get winMTR to run it says i need a host?
Same issue here. I believe BLIZZARD Is having some issues with their authentication server, this might also be a registry issue. Currently searching the web to see if anyone else has an answer / fix to this ridiculous problem. I’ve owned the game since RoS came out.
