I have the same error code 24004 problem when connecting to public greater rift non seasonal character at tier16. Please help me fix the problem

So I leveled my Necro to T16 and tried GR public and it is also having error 24004!

Connecting to America from Malaysia
Does this happen on a different character? - all characters on non seasonal, do not play seasonal (GR only, Rift works)
Does this happen on an alternative connection or VPN? - only one connection from Unifi modem

— I only play Non-Seasonal, so not sure if that would occur if I had a Seasonal character

• Does it happen on other character types (Example, non seasonal if you’re playing seasonal) : I have only Non-Seasonal chars. Only WD char is not able to join Public Grift. However, able to join Rifts and Bounties.

Other chars are able to join Public Grift, Rifts etc.

I still can not join torment 16 public greater rifts with any of my non season characters. It is only non season t16 public GR’s, all other modes and difficulties seem to work. It has been broken since June 4th.

Other characters seems fine, just barbarian character not able to join public GRs.

    Yes, with and without VPN it still throws error 24004.

I also have same problem and it is on all non-seasonal characters at level T16 only. I tried delete and re-install D-3 and it didn’t help.
