  • What region? I am from Singapore playing on US Server
  • Does this happen on a different character? Only on my Female Demon Hunter character is affected and whenever I look for Greater Rift Public Groups…
  • Does this happen on [an alternative connection] or VPN? Happened to my Starhub Connection as well as when I tethered with Singtel

i currently have this 2 errors:
problem while searching for a public 24004
problem entering the game 24004

North America. Happens to all my characters on T16 gr.

I am in the US, on US server and having 24004 message only when trying to join public GR games, not rifts or bounties

yes same here…tried all toons…unable to pub gr…except bounties

I’m getting this as well. Just started today. Americas region, T16, trying to get into GR. can’t get into public games, with same error 24004.

EDIT: i am able to get into regular rift and bounty OK, it’s only happening with GR. happens with all characters.

I am having the same issue, error 24004. Has there been a fix?
America region. Problem happens when I try to play T16 grifts

all characters
only on T16 GR public. Can still run private game.
on multiple connections
