There a popup Error twice 1.There a problem searching for a public game . (Code 24004). 2. There was a problem joining the game.(Code 24004) . I already scan and repair but still same. But not happened in seasonal hero.
Même problème, depuis 2 jours, je ne peux plus rejoindre de parties publiques (failles supérieures). Je ne peux rejoindre que les failles de Néphalem. Le code d’erreur est 24004 et je ne réussi pas à rejoindre une soutien technique.

No, they are not. Blizzard’s QA Team reads the threads in this Bug Report Forum. If they can confirm a game bug that exists on a PC on the Live server, they pass that information on to the developers.

Hello, I am still having same error. It only occurs when I join public GR games.
From America, New Jersey.
Can not enter public greater rifts at Torment XVI (T16) for the past 4 days.
“There was a problem searching for a public server (code 24004)”
Then it says,
“There was a problem joining the game. (code 24004)”
FYI, I can access to all other torments (rifts, GRs, and bounty)

I can’t post WinMTR file cuz it won’t let me.
WinMTR should give you 2 options for copying (or saving) the data: Text to clipboard or HTML to clipboard, export text to file or export HTML to file. Select Copy Text to clipboard and then paste it in your post.
This should be done in the Technical Support Forum.
So, I did “copy text to clipboard.” It still won’t let me post WinMTR as it says I can’t upload links in my post. I am done with this as I am so frustrated with no help.

Do this:
- Copy Text to clipboard your WinMTR results.
- Paste it into your post.
- Select the WinMTR text you just pasted. (Highlight it).
- Click the </> button on the Reply Editor toolbar.
- Click Reply.

I’ve been getting this error since yesterday, and I am in California. Like others have said, I can play public bounties on NS and all games on Seasons, but get this error when trying to join NS public GRifts.
