No VPN being used.

same here using US server seasonal characters can’t join games

happens to me too. I think just on bounties at t16. Maybe all tiers…but still. Annoying.

I’m having the same issue. I can join other T16 activities, but bounties gives the error. Very frustrating.

Thank you all for reporting this error! We are investigating the underlying cause. For now, we aren’t aware of any workarounds to this specific error code. I’m not sure if this matters, but something I noticed is that when I’m in the window selecting activity type and difficulty, the player count is VERY low. It is more often than not only showing around 4 or 5 players max for any given activity even in T16. I haven’t played in a while, but I was shocked to see numbers that low.

Glad it wasnt just me! Can join other types of games, just not bounties.

same error. 24004. seems to only effect public bounty games at t16.

I haven’t been able to do group bounties for about a week now. This is very frustrating. Are there any updates?

Yeah sorry guys. Blizzard ran out of bounty mats. They packed them all up in holiday gifts. With supply chain issues we wont be getting more until s28.

Same issue for me. Over a week and a half. Only doing it on T16 Bounties.
