Not updated… if you do a new GR and you beat the GR currently in your personnal leaderboard, then it will be recorded as your new best.
Exactly !
I don’t know… I think they knew, so they fixed the issue that the leaderboard was not updating. But they may or may not be able to restore the results. Since my results weren’t restore, I am assuming that they can’t… or won’t.
@Maskraider has already answered that part… I guess I should have used « personnal leaderboard ».
For those who like to push LB, don’t do it during era rollover, while the LB is down.
All records done while LB down will be lost.
You records in the old era shall be archived.
All your best records shall be erased in the new Era and you need to redo you LB.
That’s what a Era does.
So, I think you have to redo you push for this instance too.
They said they were going to do this, but they didn’t. I had a GR106 on the leaderboard before the PTR was re-patched, and it was still there post-patch.
This here has nothing to do with PTR. This is not the PTR bug report section. For me this issue occured on regular seasonal leaderboard, Europe. Why should a PTR lb reset affect non-PTR lb?
This is exactly what I thoght. Als LB work were PTR related so my Seasonal LB record shouldn’t be affected?
Anyway… it seems blizzard isn’t aware of this problem… I think we have to accept that all Seasonal LB records that have been made in the last 48h(?) could be lost…
Any chance we could know on beforehand when LBs are down and when is era rollover? So we dont try to push? And when LBs are back and rollover is over so we can try again?
In the past, CM posted the era rollover (if any) in the Season Rollover announcement in the General Discussion forum. I think the new CM will do the same. Not sure, whether S21 blog will include the information. So, watch out the GD forum.
If there will be a era rollover. It will happen when they deploy 2.6.9. The LB will be taken down before the deployment. Then they’ll backup it and reset it for the new era. They will bring it up afterwards. It may take an hour or so. Any new records done in this period will be lost.
(Sorry for the off-topic discussion about PTR and era rollover.)
Then again why were new records in GRifts not recorded properly on 3rd June? Was an ongoing era rollover at that time? I am confused why it happened and if it is fixed (the GR records I mean).
