How is it that I played many thousands of hours as a demon hunter, but a few days ago the game told me that it was only 13 hours?
The game reports that I’ve been playing Demon Hunter for a little over 13 hours:

But in fact I played this class for more than 10k hours.
Even now I have several characters that have played 3k+ and 4k+ hours:

It looks like it’s showing hours played on your Americas Region Demon Hunter. (Although, that DH is only Level 6).

It seems obvious that you have played these Characters longer than 13 hours.
In your first screenshot, did you try clicking on the different dates under Career → Summary to see if you got different results?

It’s been a long time since you have posted here – I hope you are well. Welcome back !
@Perusoe: I don’t think so – look at the Paragon level for Normal and Hardcore in that screenshot.
My guess is that it’s some sort of a display formatting bug… perhaps it displays only the last 4 digits (so 13 hours, instead of 10 013 hours).
Perhaps @bigblack can tell us whether others on the Russian forums are similarly affected…

I never really trusted the Profile information anyway. Whenever I check mine, it never seemed accurate either. I assumed I just didn’t know how to read it.

Yes, all screenshots are grabed from EU region and for example my DHs played almost 1500 hours just only in seasons 21 and 22:

But as I showed above, the main profile only shows 13 hours.
Moreover, even the profile on the site shows that DH is my main class. And how did I kill 37 million monsters in 13 hours of play?

Hi, Boubou! I didn’t ask everyone in a row, but a few months ago I met a player with the same problem - his played hours suddenly disappeared in the profile in the same way. So this is definitely a bug, may be a display bug, but I’m not sure if it’s more than 10k hours played by DHs.
I have seen several posts about this kind of error on the old forum.
Yet another player`s report about this bug has been found in the past. Here are his screenshots:

I think I have around 12000 hours on Demon Hunter but profile says 2225. I dont know exactly because I have same bug for long time now.
When you add up all playing time from different characters that I currently have on the account it adds up to more than 7500 hours played.
But, over the time I have been deleting old characters that I had a lot of playing time on so I can’t calculate my total playin time on DH by simply adding play time from different characters.
If they could at least confirm that counter resets to 0 after you reach 10000 hours played I would know that I have 12225 hours played in total on DH.
I am not sure if they know how to reproduce this bug… Maybe it has something to do with Seasons or rebirth function.
