Counting Lost Gaming Hours On The Users Profile

I have the same bug about year ago and it do not fixed yet:

Game time calculation error

How is it that I played many thousands of hours as a demon hunter, but a few days ago the game told me that it was only 13 hours? The game reports that I’ve been playing Demon Hunter for a little over 13 hours: https://i.imgur.com/oN8IjAH.png But in fact I played this class for more than 10k hours.
