I have became this issue before some seasons too. And it is back !!! It is f. boring , i pick up 2 elite packs together and one yellow and 2 blue stays in %1 hp and dont die. We waste our time and in high gr s the game is ruined. please please fix the f. probelem. It should not be son diffucult
I think you’re fully aware this is not a bug, and I’m sure others will come and tell you that.
Otherwise, the game has been powercrept to oblivion and beyond for more than a decade, and is easier than it has ever been. If you’re frustrated and struggling, try asking for help in the general forum instead of whinging in bug reports. Game is kindof ded, but there are still some around that will help you have a good experience with the game.
You can move the tread to general if you edit, and give us some more inormation on what you’re playing, and you’ll probably get help. Or you can leave it as is, and you’ll probably just get more replies like mine (but less polite), calling you out for whining in the wrong forum. Entirely up to you where want this thread to go.
TL;DR: Yes, it’s a known issue that has been around since before they stopped working on the game.

They didn’t fix it before they stopped working on the game so please don’t hold your breath for it to be fixed now. There are skills that trigger it more than most like a particular rune of Black Hole. (I forget which one) IIRC, skills that trigger a knockback effect can cause it if timed just as the monsters are supposed to die. It’s part of what stopped zwiz taking off as a concept because it seemed to trigger the effect every other run.

Oh, yeah, I’ve only seen that on my zwiz with event horizon (amazing for removing arcane sentries and other ground dots, and walls back when that mattered), and was annoyingly frequent with that build! Thought that was a black hole specific bug though, never seen it otherwise, not even on typhon with black hole absolute zero rune. If it’s caused by knockback alone, then I’d think you’d see it with absolute zero as well, not to mention zbarbs (or zdh with windforce).

It stays at 1%, or really 0% as far I can remember… It’s not the morlu thing, at least not the zwiz issue I’ve had. idk what the OP is talking about though.
The “Black Hole” skill seems be the problem.
After all the reports I’ve seen, I think 99.99% came from Wizards who were playing with this skill.
And that was the case for the OP who had this skill at the time of the bug report.
I was able to observe the bug one season where I played Wizard, some mobs/elite are just stuck at 1%. Nothing to do
