i did it yes - died with the riff guardian at the same moment. Then nothing i am dead and the loot is starring at my grave and no revive button. Nice.
Looks like the mechanic goes to deactivated state after GR boss died but… i am dead…
Is this inteded working actual? Maybe it is the bug that sometimes disappear the button but 2 times before in the same riff it works. So… doesn’t look like this.

Nope – it’s a bug… an infrequent one, but a bug nevertheless. It’s been reported several times but I suppose QA could not replicate it (or there are multiple causes). Whatever the case, not much more to be said except… make another game.
(At least, it wasn’t THE greater rift where you cleared tier 70 solo for the first time… and see the primal at your feet but can’t pick it up).
