Death-Can't Continue

NA, Gaming PC, Win10, 4/5/21 3:35pm, Seasonal Witch Doctor w/ all the updates.

Died after touching a shrine from elites appearing…Not a problem normally, but there was NO POP-UP MENU to allow me to continue the game. Had to force quit.
