If you guys lost my character because of this disconnect then maybe think of a way to protect characters when there’s a disconnect happening. It’s your fault 100% — I haven’t had any issues with connection this season until today buy apparently lots of other people have. You do such a good job for WoW but the rest of your games barely get any polish… sad… The last blizzard game with polish was SC2

same here, can’t get in, tried everything in the official fix (Error 395002 - Blizzard Support), still it’s not working.

I also was booted from the game and am now getting code 395002. I can log into other regions but not Americas. I tried all the steps they suggest to fix 395002 and nothing worked.
