Hey @jambrix, still blaming our internet? because everyone in general chat was just saying they were getting disconnected, and now my game wont even find the heroes or let me log in! Hopefully Blizz can get THEIR bug fixed, and not blame our internet!

Was in the middle of harcore grift and got a “Connection Terminated” alert box followed by a “License Error” alert box. Can load Europe Region fine but when I switch back to my actual location, eg The Americas I cannot get past “There was an error loading the hero. Please try again. (Code 395002)”

I expect my main toon is now toast again! I swear this happens at least once within a week after every season end or start. Thats twice a season…wtf?

That’s two different issues, Scithe. The recent disconnection issue has been sent up so Bliz is aware and is looking into it. Please don’t mix different issues in a single thread. That only serves to muddle the issue and possibly delay a resolution.

Same issue here, which changing the region to Europe it works fine, so as mentioned seems to be related to the US Servers. I am sure they will fix or tell us about it soon.

Is it still down? Can anyone confirm?

I’m pretty sure we are aware that blizzard knows about this… I mean we sent tickets like 20 minutes ago… We’re tired of waiting, not tired of waiting to know whether they are aware or not.

This should already be fixed by now. They should have looked into it 20 minutes ago.
