There we have it boys. I think it’s time we all move on to more productive things.
Again Its A Diablo Forum …
Let’s all remember the OP is the same person that wanted Blizz to tell people when to go to bed,
In this case the thread title is an interesting way to spell Half-Life 3 but okay.
Sleeping enough is still the best anti-Covid strategy. I was right back then, the time proved it.
Laughs in living alone and never going outside
I think you are seriously overestimating CP popularity with the general Blizzard audience. Blizzard has catered to a broad casual audience. CP isn’t competing with the majority of people who would be interested in Diablo.
Would be pretty nice.
Not that it has to be either/or.
Release a great game, and then improve on it.
So much this.
Quality don’t get outdated.
Also a pretty bad non-apology after the marketing/twitter thing.
A bit like Blizzards non-apology after kicking some guy from a competition. The handling of the situation afterward was nearly worse than the event itself.
Not really.
The market is a lot larger. And more diverse.
Diablo has a great setting?
It seems really bad right now tbh.
You really believe they havent started working on CP Online?
… What.
Btw, reviews for Cyberpunk 2077 is starting to come out. Major criticism seems to be that it is too much like what we have seen before Which to me is a positive thing, but not exactly the great gaming revolution that will make Blizzard abandon Diablo 4 in shame.
OP Original Post Flagged and Hidden… HMM i wonder why. Somehow i think its because there talking about another game and not D3/D4
To be fair they seem to more want to talk about how Diablo 4 is doomed and is going to fail if it’s not out by a specific date.
Which is still dumb, mind you.
Your thread history indicates the complete opposite.

Have you heard league of legend, fortnite, among us, Fall guys
Nope are the type of game you describe it highly popular.
It’s better than D3. That will do it for launch.
Not fail, but gain a lot less. It would make a big difference, trust me.
And for 99% of the casual players “polished” isn’t a concern at all. It’s something the more dedicated players want, and D4 will at some point reach that state, but this isn’t necessary for launch.
Again, stupid thread is stupid.
By the time D4 comes out, CP will be at least 2 years old. Are you just bad at trolling or are you incapable of exercising logic and common sense?
I still surprised that this thread is still exist despite all the flagged that he got.
That is an incredibly low bar to pass. It certainly would not do.
Anyway, you don’t actually know how if D4 is currently better than D3. Seems quite likely it is not. Considering most of the game only exists on a drawing board right now.
If anything the “casual” players want polish. The dedicated players can overlook more issues as they might be in it for the long run.
If you are only going to play for a week, it won’t help much that the game might become playable in a few years.
Though this relates to game industry products, available on the Xbox one, and PlayStation 4, we should cover some common ground. The PC version of a game, uses servers that are maintained by the hosting company, for each company. Sony America hosts there own servers, and Microsoft servers are hosted for there Xbox live service.
Online games are a given some slightly different looks, based on the final product of the development teams. This is interesting because a blizzard team, is very different from the game development on a title, with live action scans like in cyberpunk.
Industry influence, can model some sweet street swag, and urban gear ideas, that are a part of the ‘look and feel’, of the cyberpunk setting. Unless the design requirements are met, the release gets pushed back.
Diablo had some of the most advanced character modeling, even though in my opinion, it’s screen format tends not to show the full custom mage armor look until after leveling years, in a diablo game. Compared with the unreal systems, there are teams that made headlines tricking game companies, into the use of there game engine, to model what are now standard effects. Dynamic lighting, weather effects, and environment textures, are all a product of the game studio.
It’s not so much that scans are different. The modeling is the same standard scan in some cases. Standard scans reduce resource costs, and are used to story-board a campaign. Really only successful, if players care what happens, to the character(s). Classed game-play can seem to include repetitive sequences, just because the same maps are used by each basic class.
In an introduction to character development, there’s more about character decisions, as the unexpected elements pull characters into plot devices.
You can see for yourself, how actions are different. Actions promote emotional content, about a character. In cyberpunk’s D6 system, the ‘look and feel’, of the world is designed for the band.
If you ever needed more proof of the moderators’ bias…
No. Diablo 4 threads are in General - the right place.
D4 has many strong sides of its engine, but the longevity of the game would depend on its gameplay systems - how they form the “fun factor” and make the player re-visit the game.
Then you’re definitely trolling…and you can’t even do that right.
