pretty much this. So really all you switch players, you need to contact nintendo, not blizzard.
Same for Xbox (Microsoft) and PS (Sony).
See the troubleshooting guides for the support links:
Diablo III Console Crash Troubleshooting
Diablo III Console Connection Troubleshooting
I along with most other ps/xbox players knows its on sony/soft to support D3, but since most switch players came from PC, i specifically pointed them out that Blizzard is not dealing with console games.
and nice to see they added those links to the new site, they were not on the old one.
Well…yes if running the game, or network issues etc then you contact the console vendor and if any Console Bugs within D3 itself then we post on the Console Bugs forum for sure.
But Console D3 forums are just the General PC forums but for Console and in there is discussions or clarifications on certain things.
Like monster health, Nephalem Glory orbs, the Nemesis system, the Apprentice system, the ingame mailbox etc.
There should be a FAQ with all these things listed on here too to help players, especially new ones as D3 goes on sale or a new season starts.
Season specific console questions would be a good thing too.
I do hope more interaction from our CM’s on these new forums is going to occur to show the community and game is not dead.
Don’t have FAQ for long time in PC version too.
Some players have started to build a “Not a Bug” list on Bug Report forum recently.
90+% bug reports were NOT bugs at all. We hope to reduce this kind of reports.
But the game is dead for the most part. New forum does not change that, it is the same small group of members posting…I am starting to run into long time friends I used to play all night with on D3 over in PoE, including a buddy I have been playing regularly with lately, who like me, used to be pretty much D3 24/7 for the first few years. Pretty happy about that as we had a real good hardcore group before it regressed to a game designed for casuals.
I pop in here in the anticipation of the D4 reveal, at which point I may be excited again for the franchise. But to go back to D3 after PoE would be like going back to T-Ball after making it to the major leagues. Side note, do not miss the teddy bears and unicorns, which thankfully will have no place in D4 if the reports are true.
Problem for me is PoE forces trading and is mostly played single player, despite having room for 6 people in a group.
I was hoping Chaosbane was gonna be the good multiplayer APRG… but it released as a steaming pile of hot garbage.
I play mainly SSF Hardcore for the extreme challenge. When I do group up it is in standard hardcore with people I play with on other games. They should make it easier for people who want to group for those who want it.
I also was hoping for more from Chaosbane, but agree with you. Will be sticking with PoE until D4 releases, than POSSIBLY splitting my time if D4 is great once again. Right now D3 is an entry level ARPG, that is about as simplistic and dumbed down as you can get. Good for mindless fun, not much more.
I bought Vikings: Wolves of Misgaard on the PSN sale.
ÂŁ9.
Deleted after 1 hour.
Why can’t we get a decent ARPG with endgame play?
Homer, have you tried Warhammer: Chaosbane?
I don’t know if it’s good but it’s a recent release and looks very similar to D3.
Nah haven’t yet but I have seen reviews etc…its good but not as good as D3 IMO.
Fair enough. I want to pick that up along with Rage 2 and Samurai Shodown. Just waiting for Nov. 22.
DooM: Eternal. So hyped.
FC: SW - 1732 3462 4620
I started playing on the switch recently. I play every night. add me.
I played PoE for awhile on the PS4 when it released and it does have quite a bit of “Good Things”…for one character builds are the sky limit. one can really do whatever they want. There’a Seven Characters to chose and within those a large selection of builds. The abilities are all cool and fun. The design and layout solid and their "Seasons’ have been great. However…the Trade Market is ruining the game with the greed and insane prices compared to the PC. I’ve seen it mentioned…there are “Groups”…that pretty much are dictating and controlling it. I stopped playing because of it and I don’t like the way the loot drops…basically first come gets dibs and not the way Diablo loot drops so it is not really co-op friendly unless your with trusted friends…
As to Chaosbane…I have it and while it’s fun to a point…it’s missing that…Wow and Pizzazz Factor. It doesn’t look bad but in some areas it’s just bland…like the loot, gems, etc…The Characters are too small…camera too far away and the pace compared to PoE and Diablo is a bit slower…
Solo Self Found on PoE does it for me.
Yep…I do play some regular hardcore PoE as well, as that is where a good friend of mine is at, but I play it just as if I am playing SSF so I have zero idea what the trading market is like, and have never been interested.
just wait for D4. Anything else will just be a waste of time. These games take up too much time I don’t want to start anything new.
Not a waste of time, D4 could be another D3, and that is not good enough for a ton of people. Add the fact that D4 is still years away.
Well…if Blizzard doesn’t get their act together and get D4 or whatever it might be called out…a lot are going to go elsewhere. Diablo doesn’t have a total lock on this style of game as it probably did years ago especially on console.
Those who like this style of game might in fact put this one on their radar next year…look up Killsquad….it just came out a few weeks ago on Steam and has literally taken off. Made by a small Indie Dev called….Novarama…the sales doubled the first week of their projection. It’s been announce they do plan on releasing the game on consoles next year.
Game has been described as Diablo meets Destiny & Borderlands…a action pack, shooter, slicer, mauler RPG with Four Bounty Hunters with various skills and abilities. I suggest take a look ……
I did. It was underwhelming.
