Howdy!
Console support for Diablo III is mainly handled by the manufacturer of the console at this point. The console discussion forums can be utilized to help each other out or answer common questions related to being on console. As for bugs our QA and Developers monitor the Console Bug Report forums.
This doesn’t mean we do not monitor or watch the console forums for issues.
