Console players,
For those haven’t been able to play with newly created seasonal characters, can you try making a new seasonal character and see if it’s working normally now? Don’t try with the old char that rolled over. Try with a newly made seasonal character.
Whatever the outcome, can you report back here? Be sure to include which console your using. If you can’t post here, there’s an identical thread in the Console General Discussion forum.

I created a new character on the PlayStation, Xbox, and Switch just fine.
The last time I logged in though was right before the season ended. But I didn’t try logging in since then (until just a few minutes ago). And if it’s similar to the PC, it’s mainly people who logged in during the “non season” where things broke.

Yeah, it seems to be those who logged in during the “down” time.
Xbox Series X here, I tried making a new seasonal character and its locked same as my original one. I made the mistake of logging in during the downtime because I wasn’t aware of all the drama.
