Console Players: Can you give it a try?

Console players, Can you try making a new seasonal character and see if it’s now working normally? Not the old char that rolled over, instead, make a new one. Whatever the outcome, can you report back here? Be sure to include which console your using.

I tried making a new seasonal character still won’t let me

I did log in on xbox when the season was offline (didnt realize anything was wrong until I was in the game). Now I can create a new seasonal character; however, the character has red text stating it is a non seasonal hero. It will not let me start a game.

Just tried on PS5 with no luck, new and old characters still get the “you cannot start a Seasonal game while local players have a non-Seasonal hero selected”
