Cheaters on the Leaderboards

Well you have reported like 20 people who all got banned, you know how to look further into profiles like when were they last active and cross reference it and all that stuff. you definitely put in more effort than the regular.

All D3 PC owners can see how many hours a particular account has played during a season, provuded that player that they are crioys about has a leaderboard ranking.

Identifying serial cheaters is more tricky as they go from one account that gets banned to their next acccount that suffers tge sane date so on and so forth…

We don’t know if it was in a wave or not , that he got banned. So this is another lie.
We just know how many days it took.

I got no date, but it took a bit over 30 days before he didn’t stream at all.

don’t know. As of what I could see from the leaderboard, his name was still on it. He streamed daily and suddenly stopped after the ban

Some banned players remain on the leaderboard due to a glitch.

If you want to know if a player was banned for this situation (or at least get more info). go to maxroll and enter their name in the leaderboard search function.

Use that info, to look at their Blizzard D3 player profile career page. Look for the dste that page was last updated.

Check to see uf that date corresponds to a ban wave date.

That would make me think.that he was banned during the ban wave and you already have proof about whether Blizzard does bans in waves or not from your own knowledge.

Gotcha. Thanks for letting me know.

He comes to forum to seek validation. He seek ppl who cries and moans as much as him so he wont feel lonely. There is no use to discuss with him. Even if info comes from a gm its not good enough. His mind is blocked by his emotions and he just wont wants to vent. Atleast OP are as whiny as him so they can hold hands and cry together. Nothing they say holds any value as its only the same complaining mixed with conspiracy theories.

They not here trying to solve the cheating issue. They here to vent and bash blizzard. There is a reason OPs last thread got removed. Even blizzard got bored of his chronic complaining.

I am here to participate in the debate about cheaters and that Blizzard should do more about it.
How about you grow up instead of insulting people. I got a name, use it.
Just cause you were defeated in a discussion, does not mean you should insult others for being smarter than you.
Asking for proof is a legit way to know about statements.
Kinda funny you lost it and now behaves like this.

So what was the punchlune?

Did you find their last played date? If so, what was the date?

You know, if anyone in this entire thread thinks blizzard doesn’t do individual bans, or they think “nobody ever gets banned” there’s an easy way to test it.

Step one, download hacks.

Step two, get banned.

Verrrrry simple.

Wonder who is crying like a broken record.

I could keep going on as u obv cant stop crying and there is plenty more. Blizzard doing banwaves just ruins your whole argument of them taking time to ban ppl. So obv u want to defend the claim that they dont w8 for the banwaves before punishing ppl. U dont achieve anything by being stubborn except from showing everyone that u are a whiny kid.

Well u can believe whatever u want. The only one who lost anything is u. U lost your mind. As i said u are here to complain and vent nothing else. If thats not true why dont u show me some evidence? Stop crying about the same thing and come with some legit suggestions. The only thing u do is spamming the same thing over and over and complain.

I wish u gl in your crusade of becoming the biggest most pathetic whiner on the internet. And stop accusing me for insulting u. U are a insult to the mankind. Sensitive clown.

The only time there’s only one solution is when only one person thinks they’re the only one qualified to make the only solution.

This whole discussion has drum head trial vibes.

Though a certain BOT was banned last June, they certainly are back.

D4 S3 starts tmr… D3 ban wave could happen tmr.

Apparently he played this season according to maxroll. However he stopped streaming, and he did that every day, so I’m a bit confused if he was banned or not.

Wonder who needs to grow up. Take the defeat instead of behaving like this.

No it does not. I never argued about them banning outside of waves. I asked if they do. And you could never proof that they are not. You think I’m going to trust your words only. When I didn’, you began acting like a child, throwing insults around.

Says it all right here.
damn must hurt not being able to debate and not able to defend your statements. Acting up like this cause you lost… Holy hell

If it is the same account, then they were not banned by Blizzard.

To determine if it is the same account:

  1. Is the battletag identical including its numbers?

Also,

  1. Click on their name in the in game PC leaderboard
  2. view their profile
  3. check the season tab and view their records

It’s the same profile on maxroll. Guess you can cheat all you want then. But they stopped streaming, and they were streaming every day, hence I thought they were banned

May I suggest thet you familiarize yourself about the in game information that Blizzard provides as well as maxroll.

If the same account is being played this season, then obviously it was not banned.

That is not a correct conclusion.

When I reported cheaters, I would occasionally identify a cheat’s main botting account that had high hours and a secondary more modest hour bounty bot account. It was the main account that was banned.

When that player used their old bounty bot account to bot “full-time”, it was caught and banned in a subsequent ban wave.

I have. It’s the same account but I don’t get why they stopped streaming when it was a daily thing. Could be the person bought the game again in the same name and just played

Did you follow my directions to check their in game profile?

A new account would not have their prior seasonal records. For example, if it is the same account, their leaderboard clears would be present for prior seasons.

A new account would not have identical old records.

Yup. Guess cheating is allowed then. So here you have it. Proof that cheating exists and will not get banned. It’s been a while since I reported. Sent in both names as well as video proof of them using 3 party programs. So Blizzard do nothing against it.
